They have just tried to take nearly £40 out of my account, days after I've purchased 1 item for less than £10 this is not right and I can't seam to get a contact number for then , DONT USE THESE SCAMMERS

Avoid avoid avoid total con. I was mis sold membership under the pretext of purchasing a Zara box. I called to complain and was told my membership was cancelled no mention of refunds I called 3 days later my account was still open and no note of my cancellation. They were still taking my money..
Now in dispute and waiting to see if I get my money back.

It was very stressful throughout the process but I am glad that you guys handled it very well, I am very thankful for Zera, and the team for doing their best, thank you so much!
