The two staff members I had contact with were very friendly, courteous and professional.
The room where my scan was conducted was very comfortable and the reports were sent me on the same day.
I would recommend this scanning service to others.

The clinic was clean, and the staff were polite and attentive. The scan was carried out carefully, and I received my results straight away. Thank you for your care and reassurance.

My husband went for an abdominal scan today, after complaining to our GP for many months. The receptionist and stenographer were amazing, and he finally found out what the problem is.
I would have no hesitation in booking again if I had any health issues.
It was easy to book an appointment and everything was explained before and during the visit.

I attended Baby Scanning Glasgow South for NIPT after another clinic lost my blood sample, and the experience was night and day.

The staff are extremely professional and kind; my appointment was on a Thursday and I received my results on the Tuesday.

Absolutely fantastic service. Extremely knowledgeable and reassuring sonographer who had the patience of a saint whilst our little one wouldn’t sit in the correct position for her . We will definitely be back . Worth every penny for the piece of mind alone

I just had my gender scan done at Baby scanning Aberdeen clinic and it was such a blissful experience. The staff were professional yet friendly. Thank you for giving us a memorable gender scan.

I had an appointment at 10am however the building was locked and the sonographer didn't arrive to unlock it until 10:20am. I therefore had to stand outside in the sun at 30 weeks pregnant. There was no communication regarding the late arrival. When I phoned the office to enquire, I was told she was 'on her way' but could not be provided with details of how long she would be. I was taken for the appointment more than 30mins late. The sonographer apologised for her lateness and stated that the traffic was heavy however I overheard a discussion between staff that this is a recurring issue.

The quality of the scan photos are significantly lower than images I have had from another provider in another pregnancy- unclear if this is due to baby's position, sonographer skill or scanning equipment quality.

I went for a growth scan at 24 weeks in the Kilmarnock clinic. They told me when I arrived they were running 5 minutes late - my appointment was 20 minutes late and felt very rushed. I felt very unimpressed at the measurements taken for a growth scan, it felt very rushed and only one measurement taken for each section. I felt the sonographer was trying to catch up and just wanted us in and out. She made strange comments to my excited 2 year old and called her rude at one point because she kept saying “Can you see her?” referring to the baby. She was just excited to see her baby sister on the screen she wasn’t criticising the sonographers ability to see the baby which seems to be how she interpreted the comments. Overall very disappointed by the quality and curious about the skill set of the sonographer. Gutted to have paid £70 for such a poor experience. Has not given me any reassurance at all on the growth of my baby as I don’t trust the measurements. There was also a family in the waiting room swearing frequently and loudly in front of my 2 year old, nothing was done about this by the staff and was very uncomfortable. Please avoid.

I chose this clinic for a private scan so my children could share in a special moment seeing their sibling. Before booking, I called to check whether it would be a welcoming, family-friendly experience and was reassured that it would be ideal.

Unfortunately, the reality was very disappointing. The appointment felt rushed and lacked professionalism from the start. My children were barely able to see the screen weren't spoken to at all, which completely defeated the purpose of bringing them along, and the person carrying out the scan spoke very little throughout, offering almost no guidance or reassurance I was told the gender but as it was so unprofessional I'm now unsure if this is correct or not.

The room itself felt cluttered and more like a makeshift space than a professional clinical setting, which added to the overall discomfort of the experience.

I was also told we would receive photos and videos via email, but these have still not been sent. I’ve tried calling twice and followed up by email with no response, and now my calls go straight to voicemail.

This was meant to be a memorable and positive experience for our family, but instead it was frustrating and disappointing. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend this clinic at all I would avoid.

I went for an abdominal scan after 8 months of constant pain & multiple trips to the GP & hospital. Within 20 minutes I finally got to the bottom of what has been causing my pain & finally received all the answers I have been searching for. The woman carrying out my ultrasound was lovely & talked me through everything in detail & checked all things I was concerned it could be. Months of worry & pain answered in a one appointment. I could not reccomend a better place if you are ever concerned about anything to do with your health & are searching for answers.

I had an abdominal ultrasound at The Milne Clinic, 51 Broomhill Road, Aberdeen AB10 6JA, on 9 April 2026, and I was extremely pleased with the service I received.

After comparing five clinics in Aberdeen, The Milne Clinic turned out to be the most affordable option. My scan covered the liver, kidneys, pancreas, bladder, spleen, and prostate, all for just £95, which I felt was excellent value.

During the scan, I was able to watch everything live on a large screen, and the sonographer clearly explained what I was seeing throughout the procedure, which I found very reassuring and informative.

I also received 10 images and a full report by email on the very same day, which was excellent service.

I honestly cannot praise the care, professionalism, and treatment I received highly enough, and I would have no hesitation in recommending The Milne Clinic to anyone needing an ultrasound scan.

We had an extremely distressing experience at Glasgow South Clinic and feel compelled to share it so others can make informed decisions.

My wife attended a scan due to cramping and bleeding—symptoms that clearly require careful and cautious clinical assessment. Despite there being no detectable heartbeat and no confirmation of a viable pregnancy, we were explicitly reassured by the sonographer that “everything was fine” and told to relax. This was not only misleading, but deeply irresponsible given the clinical circumstances.

We later sought a second opinion elsewhere, where we were informed—accurately—that the pregnancy was not viable. This only reinforced that the reassurance we received at this clinic was entirely inappropriate and fell well below acceptable clinical standards. The false hope given to us during an already traumatic time caused significant and avoidable emotional distress.

Following this, we submitted a formal complaint. Unfortunately, the handling of that complaint has been just as concerning. There were delays in communication, a lack of professionalism throughout, and we do not feel that the matter was investigated properly or transparently. We were also provided with information that we believe to be inaccurate and misleading.

Overall, this experience has raised serious concerns about clinical judgement, patient communication, and accountability. We would strongly urge others to exercise caution.

We believe patients deserve honesty, transparency, and competent care—especially in vulnerable situations. Sadly, this was not our experience here.

The receptionist was very welcoming and chatty and put me at ease. I had booked a scan for a yearly MOT to make sure all was well. The sonographer was just lovely and and talked me through what she was looking at and that everything was ok. This is not an expensive service and I would recommend to anyone who wants to do a health check.

If anyone’s looking for somewhere to get an ultrasound whilst doing treatment abroad, I’d really recommend BabyScan Me in Kilmarnock. I went yesterday for my baseline scan and they were genuinely so lovely and helpful. You also get a detailed report plus recordings from the scan. They mentioned they can do fertility blood tests as well.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at baby scanning Ltd /my baby scan. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease.
The sonographer, was incredibly professional and patient. They took the time to explain everything we were seeing on the screen and didn't rush us at all, even when the baby was being a little shy! The image quality was crystal clear—we left with some beautiful prints and videos that we will treasure forever.
If you are looking for a place that combines medical expertise with a really personal, magical touch, I cannot recommend them enough. Truly a 5-star experience!

I come to this clinic every 6 months to monitor a cyst and it is always a very pleasent experience. Very clean, and the stuff are very polite and professional. Thank you!

We booked an early viability scan at 6 weeks in the Aberdeen clinic, we were in and out in 5 minutes and found the whole experience very cold and impersonal. I wouldn't recommend this clinic and I would not return.

Editing to add: After receiving a phone call from a woman who wouldnt giver her name telling me they would only refund my payment if i deleted this review and failed to take the instance further. Since the organisation wont follow a proper complaints procedure specifically the one outlined on ther own policy and website , external authorities have been actioned and

I had a very upsetting experience at Baby Scanning Hamilton in early July. I attended for a reassurance scan at 9 weeks and was told that no heartbeat could be seen. The appointment felt rushed and emotionally cold. I was scanned quickly, given devastating news with no time to process it, and then sent on my way. I was also made to repeat a consent form I had already filled out online, while I was clearly flustered and distressed.

More concerningly the transvaginal scan was done with my body facing an unlocked door, with no privacy screen. I physically watched the sonographer leave and re enter the room without securing it, which made me feel completely exposed and humiliated.

I was later seen at hospital the next day, where a healthy heartbeat was confirmed and I was told that someone experienced should have been able to detect it particularly as I have a tilted uterus, something that wasn’t handled properly during the scan.

When I complained I received a defensive response relying entirely on the sonographer’s version of events including odd and inaccurate details like claiming I called her “my darling,” which I have never said in my life.

If you're looking for reassurance or compassionate care in early pregnancy, I would strongly advise against using this clinic. The lack of sensitivity, privacy, and scanning ability caused me significant distress during what should have been a joyful and exciting time.
