Bravo bravo

Great products. Spent a while looking for a website that provides 1m csv files for NQ and S&P500 for a backtesting project im working on and this is the only affordable and accurate website I've found. It's funny the only 1 star reviews are because of user error, it's all people lacking critical thinking skills haha the website works great!
Truly grateful for this website!

Hab einem Chat gestartet wo keiner angenommen hat und hab vor 1 Woche eine Email geschrieben auf die bisher auch keiner geantwortet hat

I purchased the sp500 1 min data. I haven’t downloaded at all, but their show my order already expired and cannot download. I never get this data. Their customer service is only email and no response.

I have purchased gold 1m data and figured out that the close price doesn't meet the open price of the next candle very often! This is DATA, and it must be correct, used for machine learning and by some complex math...

I placed my order ten days ago, and I still haven’t received the product.
The order status has been stuck on "processing" the entire time.
I’ve sent multiple emails to customer service, but received no reply.
The live chat is always shown as "online" with a green indicator, but no one ever responds to messages.
I absolutely do not recommend this website — it feels like a scam.

Very bad experience. I’ve reached out to let the company know that the information was incomplete for both 1 minute and 5 minute charts for the NQ and the data is unusable for my needs. I have not received a reply and I’m very unhappy with the product as well as customer support. I do not recommend anyone use this service

Easy and valid

Purchased the ES (S&P Futures) Pack that goes back as far as 2008 for the 5min TF.
It turnes out the data, except for the last month (June 17 to July 17, 2024) is just garbage.

In fact, the data contains random digits in decimal places like 5116.712 which doesn't make any sense because ES has a .25 tick value (changes in increments of .25). This is the case for all the time frames in the pack. Even though the samples provided in the sale page before you make the purchase are clean (prices ending in .00 .25 .50 .75).

I opened a ticket through the live chat in the website as well as through email in the contact page, still no response.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER.

I bought a set of data for the DAX index, but I'm pretty convinced that it was not the real data but some approximation that I received. I didn't make any use of them.

No one is answering the Mails

Today I bough a data set for SPX and because of a misunderstanding on where data is localized in the site I bought futures data instead of index data. I raised the issue in the chat available and they provided a quick solution. I also double checked data with Yahoo and it is totally aligned.

I purchased the EURUSD Pack from BackTestMarket but there is no Volume column in the files eve though they said it would be included. I contacted the four times. twice on the live chat and twice via email and got no response.

Everything works and awesome customer service.

I bought a the btc-usd complete pack and the 1 minute time frame file was corrupted gladly the it support fixed the problem in no time by giving me extra download

I've great network but when i buy Xauusd.csv 1 min pack its get interrupted due to low transfer data. so, i again bought and i downloaded same as before. i literally frustrated on that. and u guys enabled only one time download option..this is worst things to buy subscription
