Bad Brownie レビュー 

Ordered a brownie for my boyfriend's birthday as I'm out of the country for work. Brownie didn't arrive. Four days later the brownie still hasn't arrived, Bad Brownie are not responding to the multiple emails I've sent and I have been forced to contact my bank to contest the charge. Given the number of brownie companies out there I REALLY wouldn't recommend this company. Possibly one of my worst customer service experiences ever.

Just had an email from your warehouse manager stating an email went out in error to myself and a load of other customers.

All of our email addresses were visible in this send out. Complete breach of GDPR. My email address has now been shared without my consent.
Very unhappy about this breach of data protection especially as there’s nothing that can be done about it now.

As I’ve not yet received my order I won’t be placing any further orders and will be advising others to do the same.

Edit: I’ve emailed the company and left this review and had no response. If I don’t have a response in the next 24 hours I’m going to report to the breach. I am very concerned at this companies lack of regulations in handling data and even more so that I have given over payment details.

Ordered these for the first time as a gift but embarrassed they were so small I couldn’t gift them. I’ve had other Brownies, namely from Gower Cottage, which are twice the size but not twice the price, also the flavouring does not sit on the top as these do. Will give these to my daughter and order Gower Cottage brownies for the recipient that should have had these. Such a shame, am very disappointed.

I ordered a box of brownies for my team. They were delicious. The delivery was later than expected and when I mentioned this to the customer service team they refunded my delivery charge almost immediately. Amazing brownies. Amazing customer service.

I accidentally entered the wrong house address Thursday evening and panicked knowing I needed these especially for an engagement party where I’m maid of honor (MOH). I emailed the team and they were super responsive and got my Vegan Wheat Free Brownies sent out on Friday morning and arrived perfectly on time for the party which absolutely saved my MOH title on Saturday. Thank you Melissa!! I’m so super grateful and to have such an amazing customer service given this all happened during the announcement of the Queens passing. I really did panic given the circumstances of everything and you absolutely saved my friendship! Thank you

Amazing keto brownies, so glad I discovered these…

Excellent customer service and absolutely delicious keto brownies. Stays fresh in the fridge and also can freeze tonight - doesn’t take long to defrost. Will definitely buy again.

The brownies were a gift, but I have been assured that they were delicious. There was an issue with delivery (a courier error) which was sorted swiftly and efficiently by Bad Brownie. Very impressed with the product and the customer service and will definitely order from the company again.

Paid £5 postage on top of the £15 only to wait 6 days for it to be delivered! Didn’t hear anything for 6 days, then suddenly got three of the same email at once in the sixth day saying it’s been delivered.

Bad Brownie delivered super quickly for a surprise gift. The recipient said they were packaged very nicely and very tasty. They have placed an order to send on to one of their friends!

Unfortunately we used them after another company had failed to deliver, if only we had used Bad Brownie in the first place!

These brownies are tiny! Clearly someone in head office came up with the brilliant idea to cut them in half to save costs. As for flavour, they only have toppings, the base is the same on each. Very overpriced. May I strongly recommend Gower Cottage brownies as an alternative.

Ordered the wrong box, thinking they were Keto. Ordered keto box, thought I had done the same thing again!! Tasted delicious and would not know they were keto!! Had thought I would not be keen on coconut, but genuinely could not tell which was my favourite flavour.

Fabulous customer service after correcting a mistake of my making….. I can’t rate them highly enough!!

Ordered my first box of these brownies and i've been left a bit disappointed. Not worth the money for the size. The flavors are at the very top and don't run through the actual brownie so every brownie tastes the same without the sliver of topping. i guess they save money doing like that. Found them very rich and stodgy. All in all poor value for money and definitely better alternatives on the market and in the shops.

Delicious keto brownies! Love that they were small so I could try them all! All the flavors were great and the delivery was super fast!
I will be ordering these again for sure and I totally recommend them…

Interesting flavours did not hit their mark, quite a rubbery texture which is v sweet. By chance we've been sent a box of brownies from another home delivery service which were far superior for a similar price
