Bad Brownie レビュー 

Brilliant service as always. Can't wait till Christmas when i will be serving the amazing brownies as a surprise dessert for my family. They freeze very well and taste as good as fresh once thawed. Just perfect all round!

I’ve gone fairly neutral purely on the customer service of Bad Brownie. But in actual fact the order still hasn’t been correctly delivered. I feel this is more a failing of the delivery company DPD than Bad Brownie. They attempted to deliver as expected and posted a photo confirming delivery but the person wasn’t the intended recipient and there was no note to where it was actually delivered despite me leaving instructions to leave with the concierge of the building. I contacted Bad Brownie to ask if they had any further information and to express my frustration at the goods not being sampled or indeed wasted by the time they show up. Bad brownie we’re so good and immediately resent the order, even changing the delivery address for me. But alas, it still hasn’t turned up on the expected date. So still no brownies.

Our niece and nephew loved the brownies as our gift to them but I wouldn't describe the online ordering process as good as many other sites I often use.
Chocolate is a migraine trigger for me so I can never sample one 😢 - maybe one day Bad Brownie will create a Blondie or two, ie using white chocolate instead as it contains no migraine triggering cocoa mass.

Excellent product and fantastic service. I have used Bad Brownie for gifts numerous times now and after ordering a large batch for client gifts I cannot recommend them more. I even encountered an issue with the courier on one order and they couldn't do enough (even at 5pm on a Friday!). Will certainly be using in the future and 100% recommend.

Brownies themselves were delicious but customer service was terrible. I ordered these late at night and wanted them sent to our daughter for delivery Christmas week - I was sure I had ticked the box for this and I also input my daughter’s address however when the order was accepted seconds later I received a confirmation saying they would be despatched and sent to me.

I contacted them straight away by email and tried first thing the follow morning to contact by phone - no answer. I then received a message to say the order had been dispatched and nothing could be changed the best they could do was offer to contact the courier to change the address for an extra charge. They then advised this was too late to be altered.

While I appreciate they are very busy at this time of the year there was very little by way of trying to resolve a customer issue - the brownies were delivered the following day and I then had to pay another £5.90 to get them sent to my daughter. She says the brownies are delicious so that’s a big plus but just sorry that I felt let down by their lack of service or even willingness to help.

great stuff but the spam afterwards is annoying

I received a box of bad brownies from a friend recently and was blown away. Absolute heaven, so I have sent some to a very dear friend and expect his reaction will be the same as mine. I will let you know.
