Had a few orders now from here, and been class everytime. Let's you try a sample of the aftershave before you can buy the real bottle, or get a 10ml of a better aftershave or perfume and use this instead of buying a full bottle at a dearer price. Bottles are well packaged, and closed with tape preventing any leaks, well packaged, and rapid at sending orders out to you, 10/10 all round, for product, Shipping, quality, and customer service .

Prompt, careful delivery of a beautiful selection of quality perfumes. Great service to ‘try before you buy’ or just to buy a small amount of my favourite super expensive brands at a price I can afford. Will use frequently.

Exceptional customer service

Exceptional customer service. Kept me in the loop regarding a mix up with delivery. They recommended a scent I didn't even consider, which turned out to be my favourite out of all the samples I ordered.

I would honestly recommend Badshah Scents to everyone who's in need of samples of high-end perfumes.

Beyond happy with the overall service provided.

Poor communication and delivery timescales

I placed an order on 18th of May. On the 20th of May my order was marked as dispatched however, as of 28th of May (10 days after I placed my order) the tracking information indicates that the order has still not been sent. I have sent two emails but have not received a reply to either. Very poor communication and delivery timescales.

Goods fine... When they eventually arrive

Not a problem with the goods but the customer service and delivery times are abhorrent.
Six days after my order I finally received an email saying it's been despatched, then after four days I checked the tracking 'we are awaiting your parcel' emailed and asked for refund as I wouldn't get the fragrance before the event it was intended for which was duly ignored. The following day, suddenly it's been sent, this time when I emailed I got an INSTANT response, denying everything and stating it was despatched within their guidelines... Ten days for one small decant is horrific. I declined the 15% discount code offered as I won't be back and hopefully this will deter you too. There's far better options out there from companies that will value your custom rather than take it for granted.
