I bought 2 clocks. One immediately didn't work and they replaced it. Now, after a year, another one is not working - stops randomly or slows down after setting the alarm. They won't replace it and offered 40% off another one. For $42 they should work forever, especially if they're trying to be environmental. Going in the trash. I had a plastic Sekio for 20 years before I lost it in a move. Not one problem!

I appreciate the honest look at technology Bagby offers and how it affects our lives. Also, I appreciate the quick response from the customer service! Overall a great experience!

First of all, the clock is an amazing product- something I have been looking for 40 years - non electric clock that is silent & looks good & is not plastic !
On top of that, they are a small business with outstanding customer service- I had a last minute change to my order & they handled it seamlessly and very personably & orders shipped expediently. I felt very attended to by a kind human.

Buy clocks for all your friends!!!

The clock I initially received arrived broken. The seller immediately sent out a replacement, and the second clock is perfect! I dinged one star off the quality fort the broken one, but am hoping the new clock will last a long time. It’s just the right size for my bathroom counter, and I love the style. It’s hard to find a black clock that isn’t plastic, so I was really happy to find this. Customer service from this shop is excellent! Will definitely order from them again. Highly recommend !

Here is my story - buyer beware! I have a clock I bought in July and stopped working in August. I emailed support 3 times and heard nothing. So I used the online form, twice, and still nothing. I even opened a complaint with the BBB and heard nothing. I even used Facebook Messenger and contacted them with no reply. Additionally, I posted a 1 star review on their website and heard nothing. I even attended a webinar and asked in the Q&A for some assistance and was ignored AGAIN! Absolutely unacceptable.

This is the first product that I have purchased from Bagby and it is absolutely top notch quality. It was worked perfectly, looks very nice in the room and the people who are available to answer questions are professional and courteous. I would strongly recommend this company.

I bought an alarm clock from Bagby and I'm so happy with it that I bought two, for my two homes. It's aesthetically appealing and very functional. It works perfectly and looks great! I love the Bagby product line and in particular, the clocks. They are beautiful, fit anywhere, work well and class up the space they’re in. I ordered one as a gift awhile back and liked it so much I ordered one for myself.

I love the sleeping mask that I got from them; it's super comfortable and addictive for my afternoon naps. MY wife got jealous so I bought her one also, which she is beginning to love.

I have been using Bagby clocks for several years. I love their products. I love their kind and responsive customer service. I love being able to have a tech-free bedroom and sleep experience. I am so grateful to Bagby and their products!

I have 2 of these little clocks in different colors. Sleek design with rounded corners and smooth, nicely-stained finishes. The alarm is loud enough to wake me up but not shock me awake. Not for the digitally demanding as you cannot pin down the exact minute of the alarm; you must eyeball it on the clockface. Happy with these on both my nightstand and my living room reading table. Recommend them for practicality and aesthetics.

I love the plastic free packaging on the little alarm clocks! The clock is exactly as advertised and very cute. I am a fan. The wood is nice and smooth. The beeping of the alarm gets gradually more obnoxious the longer you let it meep. Only thing I don't love is having to turn it off and on every day or else it will alarm at the same time in the PM as well.

OOF. I am in the process of having a terrible time with their customer service. A flimsy product is one thing; a broken product is quite another. Their concept is wonderful, but the execution is lacking in multiple manners.

Just look at their "refunds" page and you can tell you should stay far away. No company that stands by their products nickle-and-dime with refund and return requests like the clearly do. $5 here, $12 there, a random $3 for good measure. I recommend finding a different company for your needs.

I bought this to replace a cheap plastic clock I had after it finally broke. I figured it would be longer lasting. I like the clock, but the quality is seriously lacking. With the first clock I got, the light stopped working within the week. The customer service suggested I needed to take out and reinsert the battery, but that didn’t fix the issue. Luckily they sent me another as it was within the 14 day warranty. About 6 months later, I’m having an issue where the clock’s battery will become randomly disengaged, stopping the clock. Not great for something you rely on as an alarm clock. I think a piece of foam to press the battery in will solve the issue, but I feel pretty disappointed that my $30 clock keeps breaking when the $10 hunk of plastic I had lasted like 5 years.

If there were minus stars Bagby would get that rating. Buyers should be aware that Bagby pulls all negative reviews from their site. Dealing with them has been a nightmare. I had to file a claim through PayPal to get my money back. The clock did not work even after trying different batteries. Sham of a company

Unfortunately the quality of the Bagby Silent / Digital-Free Alarm-Clock I bought was not up to par.

It's marketed as silent alarm clock. I received it in late April or early May and left it on the nightstand for 3 month without moving it an inch over the summer because I went to another city. By the time I come back it's no longer a silent clock.

I emailed the seller asking for an exchange and it turned out there's no warranty at all. Since seller would only accept return or exchange within 14 days after purchase, I was not able to get any replacement or refund. My bad as I didn't read about warranty before purchasing, but who would thought a silent alarm clock would be this unreliable... I was offered a 30% off discount, which of course I would not use, what if I get another one that fails again after 2 weeks.

I was suggested to lay down the clock on its back for a couple of hours, which did help with the noise but the noise would eventually come back again.

Since the clock is not longer silent and it defects the purpose of keeping it as a clock next to bed to avoid having to use phone as alarm clock, I decided to open up the alarm clock and see what's going on inside. It's an average alarm clock inside with a nice wooden frame to make it worth $20+. It turned out it's the clock gears not fitting tightly with each other (not good size?), probably after running for a few month and out of lubrication so the noise came up.
