Great customer service

They stole my money and did not deliver. Paid over 200 last fall, numerous emails not answered. Believe this is an illegal operation.

The quality is disappointing. The material feels thin and not durable, it got damaged after just a few uses

I didn't receive my bags at all for almost 2 months!. I kept asking them where are my bags at the end, they blocked me sending emails to them.
BEWARE!

I just received the Route 66 small leather shoulder bag, supposedly made of high quality leather and I am super shocked! This is absolutely not leather at all! It's a crackled patent FAUX leather! Super shiny and looks super cheap with a strong chemical scent! High quality leather is a cheap faux leather that you will pay more than for the similar listed as faux leather. I'm SOOO disappointed!

I have alway pursed this brand purse be of the cross body type offered. However, the last 3 purses have been not great at all..have used only about 3 months and either they start peeling, or zipper has gone bad. I tried returning to store which I purchased it at, but was over the limitation of the time frame store sets. I love the style and purchased it AGAIN in different color which I did NOT care for, but like the cross body type..now the zipper does NOT zip. Come to the conclusion no more INC purses for me..no matter how much I love the style. I'm sure nothing can be done..but I voiced out my thoughts.

I'm so glad I found Moderwear! Their bags are top-notch quality and their customer service is unbeatable. I had a question about my order and they were quick to respond and help me out.

Transaction was easy, communication with seller was prompt, bag just came 3 days later than I would've wanted.. But the bag I received is beautiful, just like advertised and the price point was reasonable.

Received two defective bags
One had a broken handle and one had a crushed handle

No refund ever issued nor a replacement or credit

They must buy replica damaged goods

This has been going on since June 2022

Despite my weekly to daily emails

Told matter is being escalated

Under no circumstances should you buy anything from this company

I know you want to buy the beautiful, designer bags they appear to be selling. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I left a comment on their Instagram asking why I had not received a shipping update in one week since purchase because they didn’t respond to three email inquiries. They deleted my comment. The next day I got an update that my product was out for delivery. I received AN EMPTY ENVELOPE. NO CHANEL BAG TO BE FOUND.

I ordered a Louis Vuitton crossbody. While out at dinner the strap broke. I email the office and sent pictures of what happened. They said if it would have happened sooner, they would have replaced the item or given me a refund. I thought I received a defective item. From the looks of it. The products are cheap and does not last. I will not be ordering from them again!

Complete scam of a company, ordered a bag for my sister and 2 months later, never received. Called my bank to get my money back!

Wouldn’t even give this company one star, it is a scam and I have lost $300 due to them saying it has been stopped by customs and they will send another one and for me to to worry, it’s been 3 months and I have received two fake mens wallets and I ordered a female bag, don’t waste your time or money order from somewhere else in Australia.

Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. For those prices i don't expect a great customer service but they always answered when i had a question even if it took a couple of days. I definitely recommend this site/company !

I ordered a chanel crossbody and 2 months later the zipper pull was gone. No big deal I thought, I'll just write and they will send me another one. NOT ANOTHER PURSE NOW, just a simple zipper pull. They said: 'we do not support this case, can you go to a shop and fix it." Lousy customer service don't order from them.
