With only 9 days until take-off I gave it a try.
What a surprise! I ordered on the evening 13th from regional interstate, my parcel arrived today 16th April.
Well done Bagsmart your Blast back pack and packing capsules are a must.

Very fast response when I received my order and found a zipper to be broken in 3 pieces on my hanging toiletry bag. I was immediately given 2 options to correct the defective item. They quickly shipped out a replacement with a 20% off a future purchase. It was my first time ordering from this company and I will DEFINITELY be ordering again!

Terrible, Automated Customer Service
While one of the bags I purchased looks like itâs going to be great, I needed to initiate a return of the other bag. The return process requires you to click on an email link to discuss the return directly with them, which I did. I received an automated response from Zendesk and then heard nothing more one week later I sent another email advising them. This is my second outreach, and received a similar automated response from Zendesk. This is making me really regret not purchasing this on Amazon, where all I would have to do is click one button for a return. This is terrible customer service and I would not recommend anyone buying directly from the seller as unfortunate as it is to have to purchase from Bezos, at least I have some recourse as a buyer. Very disappointed.

I am very impressed when the quality of Bagsmart backpacks and very impressed with the wonderful customer service. I reviewed several backpacks from Bagsmart and other companies. The Bagsmart backpacks won out on function everytime. When I needed support from customer service they responded very quickly with a workable solution. I recently received my Rolling Travel Backpack. It is a wonderful product, unfortunately, when I received it, there was a defect in the coloring of the bag that was very noticeable. My entire experience with customer service was amazing! I was not sure what my options would be and what was offered exceeded any expectations I had. Every single representative was kind, considerate and very prompt in their responses. They are providing me with a brand new product and the entire experience has been wonderful. Customer service was awesome I had an issue with a coupon code I reached out to customer support and they sent me a knew code that was double the original discount! The bag arrived in under a week and for the price is great well thought out design with useful features, highly recommend.

I absolutely love the Totepack and have several. I contacted customer support regarding my most recent purchase. I was a little disappointed in the interior fabric. It wasnât slick like my other bags. I thought it was a design change and simply emailed them to let them know I wasnât crazy about the change in fabric. They immediately responded and asked for some photos, including a photo of the batch number on the tag. It appears to be a defect and not a design change. They offered me three options including some discounts on future purchases. I chose to have the bag replaced because these bags are perfect for me and the color is my favorite! They resolved the issue same day, There were multiple messages back and forth and they were very responsive and sincerely wanted to fix the issue. I am thrilled with their customer service as well as their bags. The layered organization in the zip pockets on the front are genius! The design keeps everything from falling to the bottom of the bag. Itâs perfect!
Nice bags, good customer service
I like their bags, and the customer service was responsive and helpful. They offered a 50% refund on a backpack I didn't want (because of color) without me needing to return it, or the option to return for full refund if I paid the return shipping fee. I find those options fair considering I was returning due to preference, not a defective product. I accepted the 50% and then donated the backpack. On my next order, I didn't receive one small item, and they sent me a replacement quickly.
