Fast service with delivery, excellent product. Love it. Good quality. Love using my bag. Could only be improved by some kind of a solid bottom in the bag possibly made of cardboard covered in fabric or some eco-material.

Fantastic service from start to finish.
Understood what we needed and the timescales we had. Great fun to work with and a fantastic finished project. To top it they have a brilliant company work ethos. Will be starting a new project very soon with them.

The bag is really well made and I like the design. The only reason for giving it 4 stars is because as it is a coolbag I would have expected some ice packs.
