Never received the phone I ordered and ended up with a subscription instead

I was helped to recover money accidentally sent

horrible people to get a refund from. You have to leave a review to receive it back. And Sofie was horrible! I told her I wanted to talk to someone else and they said no.

I used a link that took me to what appeared to be a Lowe's website but the card was charged to Bagtides. When contacted they stated that I signed up for a subscription but im still confused on that because Lowes doesnt have subscriptions so they took the card info and enrolled me into it. Make sure you contact your payment provider and dispute any charges that they may have charged you and not fulfilled on.

I don't know what this company does but I was signed up for a membership service while attempting to purchase an ATV (which I didn't receive) it was difficult to get the membership cancelled and after I was told it was cancelled they continued to try to charge me for stuff I didn't agree to. Jeremy was helpful to finally get it resolved

You were very attentive to and quick to handle the issue. Thank You! Punctuality is very respectful and quite rare these days!

They are making it right, but i have to wait to get my money back and forced to leave a 4 or 5 star review for them to release my refund. That is called extortion. I have them email for proof of the extortion.

They charged me for a free subscription. They were posing as lowes.com to make sales to people for things that they would never receive, and I was told by the company that I would not be refunded for any of my money that was taken from me.

They’re a scam, they will refuse to give you a refund and think you’re satisfied with the $6 you do get back but try to layer it with “store credit” I’m very upset and have been ignored for a whole week. They are not much help over the phone and superiors don’t want to talk to you or help.

What is this bagtide...you promise to compensate my money but until now it's almost a month I'm waiting you didn't return my money..you said if I delete my reviews you will transfer my money but until now .I didn't receive any amount that you took from my account..your a liars.. scammer..

This is not a nice experience..bagtide is a scammer link so be careful of this...if you want to order..order in an app . because this link is not trust worthy 😡 link .I ask for a refund..they said they send my back..but almost a month of waiting I didn't receive any notification that they send my money..I send them a message almost every day they just told wait for 5-7 days and they let me delete my reviews for them of what I'm experiencing to this day ...it's really a bad experience and I'm very frustrated of what the outcome was..until now I'm waiting because they take my money that I earned because of my hard work..maybe there laughing now because they a lot of money to the other people very easily.. hopefully you won't hit with karma
