I’d strongly advise that you keep well clear of this company based on my experience.
As I’ve previously indicated, I’m waiting now 3months for an uncontested refund, and keep getting told that there is “an internal processing issue “ which they refuse to explain what it means.
I’m seriously thinking of raising a small debt action against them as I otherwise can’t see how I will get my money back.

The service to this number is currently supended!

I bought a necklace from here last week and paid for next day delivery. I receive an email saying the order is delayed and to contact them on;

I can’t get through to the number, nor have they replied to my two emails requesting an update.

I have used this company before and had no issues. So I am hoping this is just a temporary setback and I haven’t lost the money I put into this necklace.

I would be very cautious about ordering from here. Recent reviews including mine are not looking promising.

I will indeed update this if I finally get a response.

Absolutely abysmal service! I purchased a sapphire necklace over a week ago for my Sister’s 21st Birthday.

The necklace was due for next day dispatch and 24 hours delivery thereafter, however, the following day I received an email confirming a delay in dispatch.

I immediately followed up, explaining need for the necklace by this week, however after three attempts received no response. I also contacted the company on Instagram and Facebook. The phone line asks you to leave a message and automatically cuts off.

I have now, finally, received a response confirming they cannot give any guaranteed delivery date.

Avoid at all costs.

Hate having to resort to this option but all of my attempts to engage with this company has failed! So many issues! My partner ordered a pair of earrings for my birthday. They arrived. Wrong pair! Sent back! New ones sent and within two days of wearing one of the clasps broken so returned and received by B&S on the 12th Jan. I've heard nothing since after multiple attempts (email/ social media). It's also really frustrating that I can't speak to someone. All I've been sent is a generic sorry we're very busy and we'll get back to you! It's been over a month. Two weeks would be acceptable but a month is ridiculous. All I want is a response! If you're looking to spend a decent amount of money I'd go somewhere else as if there's a problem you're not going to get a decent level of customer service!

The usual excellent service. My only criticism is that the delivery address and the billing address are the same, which is a little confusing.

I was please with the item didnt my partner so return the item for refund and im still to hear anything about the refund and ive provided the tracking number from royal mail but heard nothing customer service side of thing is abit poor but otherwise beautiful jewellery

** AVOID THIS COMPANY** My husband and son purchased a very expensive diamond butterfly necklace from Bail and stone for my special birthday. He spent in excess of £400.00.
It was bought in advance of my birthday so by the time I had unwrapped the gift and tried it on it had passed the 30 day refund policy period.
I was initially pleased with the necklace however upon wearing it, the necklace flipped upside down and back to front meaning that the diamonds were no longer visible as fell against my neck due to the weighting and you couldn’t even tell what the pendant was. I contacted the company as they have a 1 year policy, sending numerous photos of the necklace facing the wrong way, twisting back to front and asked if they could resolve the issue or provide a like for like replacement that could be worn as intended.
‘David’ the ‘head of customer experience’ told me he wanted me to be ‘delighted with my purchased’ however informed me that he could not swap the necklace as ‘could not guarantee the same issue would not happen again’
David then advised me that the issue was actually with ‘my preference to how I wanted the necklace to fall when wearing it’
I’m sorry David, who on earth would spend £400 on a gold diamond butterfly necklace to be happy with the pendant to rotate completely when worn and flip upside down meaning that the diamonds cannot be seen at all?
To be quite frank, the customer service was an absolute joke. Nowhere in the description does it state that the diamonds would not be visible when wearing the necklace or that for £400 you’d need to have the necklace altered in order to wear it?! Utter madness.
‘David’ still maintains that nobody else has reported issues with the necklace which is clearly ‘not fit for purpose’ as you cannot even see it is a butterfly when wearing it. I would strongly advise David to read the trust pilot reviews of which one also reports the same issue!
For anyone wanting to purchase a costly piece of jewellery avoid this company at all costs, they dishonestly sell items that are not fit for purpose and offer no resolution. Thankfully I have a large social media following and can advise any subscribers to avoid this company like the plague.
Thankfully my husband has insurance with Klarna so we are making a claim that way. It is also worth noting the lack of engagement on social media, which is usually a very clear indicator of customer experience.

Great customer service, nothing was an issue. Really helpful and friendly, speedy exchange.
