Refused to deliver the merchandise
I ordered two swimsuits for my girlfriend through the companyâs online store. The bottoms from one suit were delivered to me about a week after the date of order. I messaged and called the company asking about the remaining pieces and they claimed they never received payment for the rest of the items. I finally spoke to a manager on the phone and showed her that I paid for the swimsuits using my bank debit card and showed the transactions from my account and she said they would ship the remaining items but then immediately emailed and said she would not. I had to submit a dispute to my bank because I paid for merchandise but the company would not send the merchandise and my bank would not refund the money to me because the purchase was authorized by me - not fraudulent. So Iâm out $360 for two swimsuits purchased for my girlfriend in advance of a trip and my only recourse is to sue the company. I cannot comment on the clothing but would definitely advise people not to use the online store and definitely not to trust the store personnel or management.
