Firstly, was missed informed that it was a UK site, until the email told me that the tool was coming from the USA.
So I had to pay customs fee.
Was not impressed and notified them about my displeasure.
26 emails later, received another email saying that it was a one off from them and they will as a good will jesture to rememburse me the custom charge. My final email now upto 31, has stated that they have paid me. But the PayPal email states my purchase was from 1969, not 2018, so again no refund.
This is not good business and so much for customer relations. I know this has nothing to do with the product just the method of how they deal with their customers. Their UK website has now been closed for some strange reason. UK buyers beware.
