I ordered cake last year, excellent service! The cake is very delicious and arrived on time.

I am gluten free. met the team at the gluten free expo and have ordered several times since.

Fantastic! Super easy to order, fast delivery and the cakes were packaged so well, they were the best tasting cakes I have ever eaten. So many compliments! Perfect shape and size and super moist!

We had the white chocolate mud cupcakes. They were super delicious. Bake Me Up went out of their way to get our order to us - and can't thank them enough. Not sure where I would have found nearly 100 cupcakes that matched our budget and tasted so good! Great product and outstanding service.

Absolutely exceptional customer service, the team at Bake Me Up went above and beyond to make sure that I had my order in time after a hiccup with the courier (entirely the couriers fault, Bake Me Up was under no obligation to help out but did without hesitation).

I've now used Bake Me Up cakes for both my wedding cake and baby shower cake, as long as they keep making them I'll keep buying them. The cakes are always moist and flavourful, and easy for an unskilled decorator like myself to use.

Honestly super happy with my cake purchase. Paul has been amazing in assisting with purchase. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I definitely will.

A fantastic business. Great communication. I purchased online directly from company as there aren’t any local distributors yet. Cakes arrived within 2 days (fantastic for non metro delivery area). Delivered by courier. Perfectly & safely packaged. Easy to store. Perfectly baked cakes, flat top so no waste leveling of cakes. Tasted great. Beautiful, rich, moist cakes. I used an 11, 8 & 5 inch chocolate mud cake for a friend’s wedding cake. They were all perfectly flat and so fresh. Everyone loved the flavour. There’s no way I would try baking anything like this myself. I will definitely be ordering again.

The cakes are always moist, delicious and moreish. They come packed so carefully and they are always true to size and level. Makes the job of decorating so much fun and easier without all the baking and cleaning afterwards. Love the cakes all flavours are all delicious!!

Super helpful with all questions and delivery was exceptional... I ordered 1.00pm Tuesday and had the cake at my door by 11.00am the next day... Would 100% recommend :-)
