We've just had our bathroom renovated and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience of working with Baker & Fox.

From the very first visit when we were collecting quotes from multiple companies, through to the finished result, Nathan, Andy and Josh were friendly, professional and genuinely cared about doing a great job. They also listened to everything we asked for and delivered it exactly as we imagined.

What really stood out was their attention to detail and the pride they took in their work - even down to matching a tiny bit of tile in a place nobody would even notice (great job Nathan! 😂).

Nothing was too much trouble, they were always happy to answer questions and they kept us updated throughout the project. They arrived when they said they would, worked hard every day and always left everything clean and tidy.

The finished bathroom looks amazing, it has completely transformed the room. It's even better than we had imagined and we're so pleased with the quality of the workmanship.

A big thank you to Nathan, Andy and Josh (and the plasterer and electrician who's names I didn't get!) for making what could have been a stressful project feel much easier.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

We cannot recommend Baker and Fox enough, from start to finish they made the process easy for us in refurbishing our tired bathroom into a modern walk in shower room.
When they visited us to discuss the project they listened to our needs, suggested things which may help us. It did not take us long to realise Andy and Nathan were the right guys for the job.

Andy undertook the bulk of our bathroom he was conscientious, skilled, professional and always discussed with us his next move and ensured we were happy. He is a perfectionist with a lovely friendly nature.

They were punctual, tidy and had good work ethics.

On certain days Josh the apprentice joined Andy, he too was a very pleasant and hard working young man.

Bathroom finished - we are delighted, an amazing transformation. Absolutely Excellent.

We have no hesitation in recommending Baker and Fox, they are Excellent.

Really pleased with our bathroom. Bath removed and shower put in. Tiled throughout to a high standard and kept informed all the time as we were on holiday with text and pictures. Came home to a tidy house and drive. Highly recommend

Cannot recommend these guys enough. Had many people round to quote for our en-suite and downstairs toilet. Baker and Fox’s quote was detailed and they paid attention to what we wanted during the first visit and had no issue with a follow up visit to make sure we were happy with everything.
Communication was fantastic throughout and they turned up when they said they would.
They were tidy and professional and the work they have done is amazing. Will definitely use them again for future projects

From beginning to end they were professional, thorough and considerate. The job was awkward and ‘faffy’ yet they achieved outstanding results. They listened to my needs and took notice of my preferences and worked efficiently and very tidily and completed the work in a timely fashion. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

The guys did a superb job refurbishing our shower room. They showed loads of flexibility, paid attention to what we wanted for the room, and provide their expert advice and experience when required. We really got the impression that they took pride in their work, were a pleasure to be around, and looked for opportunities to save us money when relevant. We'll certainly be using them again for future projects.

Nathan and Andy were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Communication was spot on throughout, and they shared helpful suggestions based on their experience that really elevated the end result.

They completed the majority of the work while we were away on holiday, and it was such a joy to come back and see my vision brought to life — especially the beautiful freestanding bath in the bedroom, which turned out exactly how I imagined (if not better!).

These lads are authentic, honest, and clearly take pride in what they do. It’s rare to find tradespeople who care this much about the details and overall finish. Genuinely sad I don’t have any more bathrooms for them to do!

Loving our new bathroom installed by Nathan and Andy with the help of their new apprentice Ben, they did a fantastic job in such a small room. Keeping every where clean and tidy. Really impressed with their service and Nathan’s singing!

Nathan and Andy have been absolutely exceptional in sorting out a disabled bathroom for us after a spinal injury meant that we desperately needed this adaptation at home. They really sorted us out and provided us with a really modern bathroom that is not only really disabled friendly but looks modern. They put in really thoughtful touches that we hadn’t even thought of. We were even able to go away while they carried out the work. I really can’t thank them enough or indeed recommend them more. What a great company.

Where to start? From the beginning...
I came across Baker & Fox from seeing and advert they put on Facebook. I looked on their page and saw the photos of the work they'd done, it looked great and their reviews were great. I thought after 2 unsucesfull quotes I'd had let's try them for quote no.3. I messaged them to book a quote meeting and they booked me in just a few days later.
I opened the door to Nathan who had a really friendly face with a big smile. Within the 30 mins ish he spent here I knew this was the company that was doing my bathroom. He suggested ideas I'd not thought of and certainly hadn't had suggested to me by other companies. He wasn't pushy in any way and I felt comfortable and trusted him almost instantly. A few days after I received their quote (very similar to previous quotes I'd had) I had a couple of small queries about bits and bats so messaged to ask. 2 days later Nathan came back to discuss at which time we came to an agreement and got a plan together and I booked the project in for January.
In the time between the quote meeting and starting the project I could message them anytime and get quick and helpful responses.
On the first day of the job I met Andy for the first time and my first thought was I can see why these 2 work together, again another friendly guy with a big smile. Both Andy and Nathan throughout the project were extremely friendly, respectful, well mannered, chatty and an absolute pleasure to have in the house.
Each day they arrived when expected and again with a smile.
Half way through the job we'd had some freezing weather and a pipe in the house (not related to the bathroom) had frozen and burst causing a leak through my ceiling. Andy and Nathan immediately stopped what they were doing, got in the van and went to their suppliers for some parts and sorted it for me, no problem at all. They were life savers as I could have ended up with a real mess on my hands.
My bathroom... well its absolutely perfect! Everything I imagined and more. My friends say it looks like a posh hotel bathroom and it really does. I thought men didn't see these things that us women see but these 2 definitely do! Absolute perfectionists!
To summarise, so glad I found Baker and Fox not only have they perfected my bathroom I wanted but I have thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience I've had with them (that much I felt a little sad when they left) 2 great guys that are extremely passionate about what they do and provide a top notch service. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them in future if they dare come back to my mad house! 😂❤️🐶🍾 Thank you both x

These guys are fantastic! From initial consultation to completion. They talked me through everything every step of the way, no hidden cost or surprises. We had a bathroom that had been leaking for many years and they managed to fix the floors, walls and install a whole new bathroom. Highly recommend to anybody!
