Absolutely awful communication! My accident was 12 May 2025 I’m still waiting for any figures! They don’t respond to emails and when I call the person dealing with my case will call back, which to be honest, very rarely happens, I’m currently waiting on a call back now!! They certainly don’t deserve the 40% fee!! I really wish i hadn’t used this company but as they called me within 24 hours of my accident i foolishly believed they must be efficient!!

Very unprofessional / No communication - 4th person to handle my case and I would not have known if I did not call, these people mistreat the vulnerable.

AVOID AVOID AVOID...worst experience and contrary to everything advertised. I signed a settlement acceptance letter in October 2025 and have yet to receive the funds. Email replies from the company state all cheques sent by the third party insurer have been 'lost in the post'. Avoid using this company at all costs as they only want to keep your rightful settlement funds for their own greedy gain, probably in a high interest account (unconfirmed but a strong suspicion). Coincidentally now I have posted this review on Google reviews and submitted a Subject Access Request, suddenly my settlement funds have been received and are ready to be transferred, but until they are in my account I have no faith they will follow the law

At the start of my case I felt hopeless until Kavita Khanna took over. It was the first time I felt heard and seen in the midst of all the chaos, not only did my case progress rapidly but she kept her promise of getting a final decision. I felt the passion in her work by the constant updates whether big or small via phone and email. She kept me well informed throughout the entire process and all the available options I had through each stage. She answered every question without a single sign of annoyance (I asked 100 questions). Kavita, thank you so so much for all your hard work. It's people like you who make a difference in this area of work.

Slow service even with straight forward claim

One star, only because you can’t enter no stars. My disabled wife, who suffers from chronic back pain from a previous car accident, a brain haemorrhage and fibromyalgia, was involved in an accident in April 2023, of which the third party was found to be at blame. Our car was repaired through our car insurance, end of story you may think, but no, ring ring it’s Baker Hardman or their representatives, do you know you can claim compensation from your April crash, do you wish to claim compensation which should be in the region of £1500, which of course they now dispute, but from other reviews on here, seems to be standard practice. Step forward two and a half years, after consultations with an independent GP and an Orthopaedic Consultant, my wife was offered £1065, ok you may think, however 40% is taken by Baker Hardman in fees, the Orthopaedic Consultant wants his cut, some their representatives needs £220+, leaves her with a grand total of £236. Hardly worth the time and considerable effort, you may as well stick a tenner on a 25-1 shot. Would never have anything to do with this firm ever again.

Footnote: As of today, my wife has even still to receive the paltry sum of £236 even though we are led to believe that the third party has made the payment, where has it gone I wonder. Two years and 4 months later after the accident.

Baker Hardman Solicitors contacted my son when he had a car accident. I have just called them to ask a few questions as a mother and the female that answered the call was extremely rude.

I told her my son had been contacted and she basically called me a liar, asked why they would do this and how would they get his number anyway.

I tried to explain but she basically repeated herself and so I told her how rude she was and ended the call.

My son did not contact this company, had no interest in making a claim and yet it is OK for them to contact him, only to be met with rudeness when I call to ask for some information.

She needs to be re-trained or sacked.

I see no response from the company to the negative reviews????????? Only the positive!!!!!!

Took an unreasonable amount of time to finally get compensation. Kept having to chase Saf up. He was quick in calling me about the bad review though.

I've finally been paid and I'm glad to finally glad to put this all behind me.

Though the payment I received was less than I initially expected, I think generally speaking, my experience was positive.

Got the result I wanted.
Issues were solved.
Communication can be worked on.

I had a non fault car accident and was contacted by Baker Hardman and persuaded to submit a claim for compensation. Ten months later after an online Drs appointment and form filling, the matter has still not been concluded. Communications have been limited and recently dried up altogether. I still do not know if the matter is ongoing or if my claim has been rejected altogether. Very poor communication!

I used Baker Hardman Solicitors group to help me with some think. The solicitor which help me was Bismah Afzal she was very helpful and phone me along the way with information. I would use them again if I needed a solicitors again

The worst solicitors to date, case has been going on for over 3 years, they don't know how to keep you up to date, they don't know how to communicate, absolute shambles. I contact them weekly, to be told I will be emailed or contacted, I get nothing, I am constantly having to chase them for any sort of update, avoid at all costs and do your research on a good firm.

They are rude they didn't pickup the phone call unprofessional staff I didn't recommend anyone they making trouble for you stay away from them
