Mark and Chris managed the sale of our house earlier this year. From taking it to the market the sale was completed in just 8 weeks.
We had previously marketed the house with another agent for an extended period but received no traction.
Dealing direct with the owners brought refreshing dynamism to the whole process. They knew the local market really well, understood the strengths of the property and presented it with stand out imagery.
Throughout the process they were professional and personable and I can strongly recommend them.

I bought a house being Marketed by Baker Pearson. I dealt initially with Mark and then the sale was overseen by Chris, and the whole experience of buying through them was first class - friendly and accommodating at all times, and really efficient when we had queries or issues to deal with relating to the sale. Most of all they are just such a friendly company and nice people - Chris appeared the day of our move with a bottle of something sparkly and really made us feel welcome in our new home. If we ever sell this house, we would most certainly be using Baker Pearson to do it!

Baker Pearson made the sale of my late mother's house a doddle. Very well organised viewings which worked perfectly for me. Lots of excellent advice about the potential sale. One of the best bits was that whenever I rang them up they knew who I was straight away, a very personal service. Other Estate agents I have worked with aren't quite up to date with that! Post sale they also handled things seamlessly. I can highly recommend Mark and Chris at Baker Pearson.
