Promotion of Slater Gordon hopefully I'd get promo bonus............ Terrible stupid not a law firm a joke...... Had an accident in at night in one of in potholes Wolverhampton City Council took a pic and 4 weeks later the council sent a picture of a completely different located hole. clearing tried to tell these fools to compare you can clearly see it's different there respons was a looooooooooooooooI, compare the back ground you can see the hole has magical moved more then two feet away from the entrance right.... There f###in responds was no it's the same loool wft clearly its not... But they still want me to send a f##in form about lost income... Even though Wolverhampton City Council said and 20mm deep pothole with a 5cm raise is not a hazard...

I won a case was awarded £1050 and all my costs but then was informed that I had to pay 30% insurance indemnity which I’d never realised it sighed in short bakers ended up with over £5000 and I got £730 lol greedy take on Liberty takers

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM THEY TAKE AN AGE MIS- LEAD YOU INTO THINKING YOUR CASE IS FULL PROOF THEN ONCE THEY ARE CHALENGED THEY FOLD AND FIND POSSIBLE HOLES IN YOUR CASE THE REASSURANCE FADES .
OUT TO LINE THEIR POCKETS AND NOT INTERESTED IN JUSTICE FOR THE VICTIM!

handled the sale of my house,top quality service.
completed in 4 weeks.the young lady was excellent nothing was too much trouble.
easy to find good parking. the fee was very good,this is based on 3 other quotes.

These Are Pathetic Give Them The Widest Berth.

Unfortunately I used Bakers after a shopping accident,I slipped on a spillage and twisted my back,I was left in severe pain and eventually had to stop work. After a while it was discovered that I had a trapped disc in my spine. They arranged private medical care, which was full of promise but left me worse off. Most of their specialists tried to blame my age for my pain. Eventually a court date was set but at the last minute Bakers pulled out and basically told me hard luck ! I can only assume they were too inexperienced to handle my case, they misinterpreted evidence and to be honest,I would not recommend them to anyone

Terrible service and approach.
I've spent 3 years chasing them and they've left me down. What a waste of time.
I don't recommend them!!!!

Absolutely amazing! Answered all my concerns and was prompt in replying when ever I emailed or called! Did an excellent job with my claim and helped me get it settled fair and quick! Fixed any issues and would 100%, if I needed to again, call them!

Useless from start to finish they are in constant contact up until you have paid them to represent you after that it’s near impossible to get hold of your solicitor both court appearances there was no preparation just a 15 minute chat before I was due to go in and I was also told I would get a different outcome to the one I got so I felt they didn’t know what they were talking about by the end of it all WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND

Absolute shambles.
DO NOT go with this company. Ignored me for a month after signing with them. No one contacted me AT ALL to confirm information after I signed. I was assured that someone would call me to go over all of the information I had given. I then get an email A MONTH later saying that they have contacted the third party with all of the estimated dates that I had given in the first initial phone call (to see if I was eligible to claim.) They never returned ANY of my calls despite me leaving voicemails with my reference number and contact info. I’m furious. I managed to get through to the girl handling my case (to cancel proceedings) and she was cocky and damn right rude. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Incredibly disappointing, if you want to be ignored for WEEKS go with this company.
-might have just got unlucky with who was dealing with my case, either way I DONT recommend.

They said I would get my payment then I see my payment is not what I sign up for and I can't talk to know because there not in the office got me talking to other people so no one knows what going on if your reading this do not go with this people

Got messed around by this company following neglegance at work and an injury, they asked me information at the beginning of my claim then took me through the whole process to then tell me they are dropping the claim, didn't keep me updated with half of the things going on, moved my info from one handler to another and wasted my time after I told them the info at the beginning that they dropped the case for, absolute waste of time

Baker's were helpful and kept me informed at all stages during the insurance claim for my cycling accident. Thank you to Lauren and the rest of the team. Happy to recommend.

The rest of the team are great but Stella was outstanding. I won’t go into the matter extensively but the support help guidance I received was superb. What a great local firm deffo highly recommend

if i could give 0 i would they act as professionals but they are a back street company in a dirty office trying to waste time or scam money off people constantly harassed me with the same email asking for id which they couldn't resolve worst claims company i have ever come across i replied so many times trying to do there job for them but still got the same email like a automatic email every day ! i am sincerely disapointed considering i used slater and gordon previously and my details where passed on by slater and gordon to this joke of a company i have always used slater and gordon but on this occasion they refereed this pathetic company makes me question slater and gordon now on there practices which i will be raising that this company are giving slater and gordon a bad name !!!!!

Load of $#%@ Avoid this firm like the plague messed my 75 yr old mother around for 3 yrs then dropped her claim like a hat . Incompetent, Unprofessional.,Useless .STAY AWAY.........
