Bought an item and got refunded after waiting for 15 days for a shipment saying they dont have enough stock to fulfill my shipment. Not even apologising or anything i guess its regular for this company.

I went to this website thinking they…
I went to this website thinking they had a great discount on a particular item. Next thing I know I receive a email saying that they’re low stock, so they had to cancel it smh meanwhile on the website it shows like they have that item in every size and when I say every size small medium large, extraL. A complete unprofessional boutique website I would not recommend purchasing from here because you may encounter the same issue while purchasing.
They claim that they’ll be sending a refund, but let’s see. I hope I don’t have to to call my credit card Company to file a dispute.

Import tax duty
I bought some thing from you guys like three times and every each time, I have problem with the import duty tax. I did a lot of international shopping and never got that kind of problem. Sent wrong item and hasn’t responded to my return request after two business days
Update 1: they say it was due to lunar new year which is fair. But they also say they told me about the delay in response, but they had no such auto reply. Will update pending resolution
Update 2: Finally sent through the return label etc.

I wouldn't recommend buying from this…
I wouldn't recommend buying from this company. One minute they tell you they have an item for sale then couple days later after your purchase they cancel the sale saying it's out of stock . To me that isn't good at all. If you know an item on your website is out of stock and wait till a customer purchases it then waits to tell the customer oh they don't have any in stock is just wrong. Wouldnt recommend buying here due to my previous customer experience with them.
