Great service and quick delivery.Highly reccomend these reins especially for a small child

The reins are perfect. Smart, in keeping, and work really well to stop pony putting head down for grass!
The team were super helpful and commuicative, and fantastic delivery when requested an asap dispatch. Highly recommend.

What a fantastic product. These great quality reins have revolutionized the way my young children ride and their confidence has soared. Thank you. All of my questions were answered by very friendly and efficient staff and the shipment was prompt. I can’t rate this wonderful company highly enough

Great customer service. Always at the end of the phone for good advice, spare elastics available on request.
The persons leaving 2 star reviews from the same family have not replied to the emails that were sent in reply, so unable to help them further. But sadly have the time to leave bad reviews instead.
Always happy to chat and help out customers when needed.
Fast delivery service , good quality and thousands of happy friendly customers.

Great whilst they lasted. Unfortunately snapped after less than a year of use. We ride twice a week, so not tirelessly used. (The leather is still stiff and looks new) Because they’re part of the reins it now means we cannot use them and there are no replacement parts available.

Just under one year ago I purchased my daughter a set of the balance reins, the reins themselves as a design are amazing, and have helped tremendously with her year of riding with her first pony.
However, at Junior Pony Club Camp recently one of the clips failed on the first day, which makes them unusable.
This is where the company lets themselves down, despite emailing, there has been no response from the Company at all as to whether there is anything they can do.
Very disappointed, the reins are not cheap, my granddaughter doesn’t ride every day so the reins cannot be considered over used, and they have been well looked after.

These are great, they’re really helping my daughter to ride. Thanks!

Easy to order from the website and fast international delivery.
The reins are good quality and exactly what we expected. They are helping our granddaughter with her pony that likes to pull on the reins.

Absolutely brilliant customer support, 10/10. Thank you.

Am so happy with these I wish I found them a long time ago and delivery was very fast impressive thank you so much

Just the help my granddaughter needed with her pony to stop the pony putting her head down after a jump, very happy child.

Excellent product! I would say everyone with a small pony should buy this. Fast and problem free delivery to the EU.

I bought these balance support reins for my 4-year-old daughter and her pony, and I’m so pleased with them. They’ve been brilliant for helping her feel more secure and confident in the saddle without restricting her movement. The quality is excellent and they’re easy to use. I was also really impressed that they arrived the very next day — such great service! Would definitely recommend to other parents with young riders.

Brilliant piece of equipment for helping my wee lassie with her cheeky pony! Also super fast delivery, less than 24hrs and we’re in the Highlands!!

Customer service is absolutely fantastic. Easy to talk to and speedy responses.
Reins have been a game changer for my son! He's now riding solo confidently and its only been 3 days!
Very pleased. Quality is great too!

The reins are really good quality, from ordering to delivery 48 hours. They are packaged beautifully.
They have made a real difference to my granddaughter’s riding.
Would recommend this supplier

Excellent quality and service.
Ordered and arrived the next day, unfortunately the first set were too small so after speaking with Krissy ordered the XL pony which are a perfect fit. Daughter had her first lesson with the new reins and her balance and riding was superb.
Would definitely recommend!

Great product, lovely quality too - my daughters cheeky little rein snatching pony no longer has the grace ! These reins have enabled her to come off the lead rein with confidence.

Next day delivery was asked for and delivered.

Super happy, wouldn't go without them from here on in.

Thanks, P x
