I've seen much improvement since I started working with Balboa.

The communication within different department in Balboa could improve. We would like to have same message from one person and not get a contradicting answer from a another rep.

I just recently did a loan with balboa

I just recently did a loan with balboa. I have been leaving numerous messages For them to call me and still have not had any response. I would NEVER do business with these people again. Very dissatisfied!!

Recent equioment purchase experience

Extremely good experience working with Cristin Neff.
She continues to be a help even after the tranaction was completed!
I look forward to working with her on my next capital expenditure.
