Fantastic visa extension service

I used BaliEasy’s service to extend my EVOA, using the express option. I found the entire process very smooth, professional and
 easy!

The team were always available on WhatsApp to answer my questions, and replied in a very courteous and friendly manner, which was so great.

Their advice on what to do at the Immigration centre in Ngurah Rai was perfect, as I was in and out in 15 minutes. I noticed that the regular queue was already up to 78 people at 8:15am in the morning, and each one was taking many minutes to process
 so I am very grateful to have had the experience I did, thanks to the express option.

I highly recommend them to anyone extending their visa in Bali

Pretty easy process

Pretty easy process, selected the Express option and even though they had to deal with the national holiday and the immigration office being closed for nearly a week, they handled everything smoothly!

Awesome customer experience

Great price for our e-sims and when needed to contact customer service via WhatsApp they had us up and running within a few minutes. Would highly recommend and will use them again.

Absolutely amazing customer support

Absolutely amazing customer support! I used Bali easy for 2 months in Indonesia and after the first month my esim expired I had to buy a new one by federal regulation, and had some trouble with the settings. Customer support via WhatsApp took excruciating time to help me through every single possibility and never gave up. I was almost ready to give up myself when they came up with the solution.

Please note the first month when I used Bali easy esim I had absolutely no problem setting it up or using it... so this issue was definitely something with my phone.

Since they are based on the Telkomsel network coverage is fabulous even on remote islands like Gili Air.

Their prices are the best that I found and a very important thing is they include a phone number which is useful for things like go pay or grab delivery etc in Indonesia.

I highly recommend BaliEasy esim and will continue to use them on my future trips to Bali!!

I extended my Bali Easy visa

I extended my Bali Easy visa, and the whole process literally took only 10 minutes! The next day I went to the immigration office just once and received my visa immediately. I am very grateful to the company and its staff — they work quickly, efficiently, and with respect for the client. I highly recommend them!

Perfect customer service

Note to self, remember the KYC form. I didn’t fully activate my eSIM but luckily I was able to chat with one of the team over WhatsApp. They got me set up in minutes. It’s almost midnight here and their rapid fire customer service saved the day! Can’t thank them enough.

Seamless Connectivity & World-Class Support – A Must for Indonesia!

I hoghly recommend eSIM BaliEasy! Moving to a new country can be overwhelming, but getting my connectivity sorted was the smoothest part of my entire journey to Indonesia.

eSIM did not work - got refund after review!

This is a complete scam. The eSIM never worked. Five different people in Bali who deal with eSIMs tried to install it — all failed. Support refused to issue a refund for a service that does not function. I walked out of the airport with zero internet. Do not believe the promise that it will work upon arrival. Save your money and stay far away from this company.

After I wrote this - I got a refund! And thanks for that! 🕊🙏

For transparency, we’d like to clarify the situation:

• You arrived in Bali on 31 January, and on the same day our team contacted you via WhatsApp to check whether the eSIM internet was working. This is part of our standard follow-up for all customers upon arrival.

• We received your reply via WhatsApp on 7 February.

• The eSIM could not be transferred to another device, as Indonesia requires IMEI registration for each device. Once an eSIM is installed, it is tied to the registered IMEI and cannot be moved to a different phone or different IMEI.

• After confirming that the internet was not usable on your device, we processed a full refund.

• Refunds typically take 3–14 business days, depending on the payment gateway and the customer’s bank.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced upon arrival and understand how stressful it can be to be without internet at the airport.

We want to reassure future customers that unused services are fully refundable, and we always take responsibility when a service cannot be delivered as expected.

It was a smooth experience ordering eSIM online directly. The site was quite clear. The activation process was also very clear in email. Because I wanted to get to use the eSIM right away because I’m already in Bali, I messaged the WhatsApp number and got a response in 1 minute!! Highly recommend this business.

Physical sim card ordered online works perfectly

I ordered a physical sim card online a month before travelling to Bali. The business contacted me by WhatsApp the following day to confirm date of arrival and hotel I was staying at and organised the sim card to be waiting at the hotel for me on arrival.
Clear instructions were given in the WhatsApp message received on arrival on the form I had to fill in, send another message back to Bali Easy and they registered the sim card. Was confirmed and working shortly after, handy to have a loval number for the Grab app etc. Sim card works well, was good value and hassle free. I would buy through this company again should I come back to Bali.

Had to do KYC so esim wasnt active immediately. They replied on WhatsApp within 5 minutes and reviewed KYC within 10 minutes.
