Balloons were ordered 3 weeks prior to delivery date , Balloons arrived 10 days late. Shipping issues happen. But what is totally unacceptable is the lack of communication with the company. They do NOT answer emails or return phone calls. Run as fast as you can away from this company and spend your money elsewhere! Horrible experience.

It was a very great experience. The balloons were a little late but worth it ! Very pretty !!!!

Ordered form the uk to have delivered to my daughter in the US. Turned up on time, looked really great thank you

I ordered the delivery by 21st of January for my daughter's birthday but it DID NOT happen, actually the product was just sent to the courier after I called and complaint for it (on the 22nd). Item finally arrived on the 24th, way TOO LATE for the occasion. I sent at least 4 emails requesting status -before the 21st- to secure the delivery on time but NONE of them were answered!

I was disappointed that the delivery was delayed a couple of times.
I had bought a bouquet last year and it was delivered within 24 hours

My wife loved her birthday balloons! You guys nocked it out of the park.

The site said the balloons would arrive within 2 days of the chosen date. It took 6!When I complained the company said it was out of their control and down to UPS. I am sure UPS do next day delivery. They did give me a 50%refund. 18th bday😔

Nice, cheerful product for a great price. Brings smiles to recipient and sender.
If you could expand the balloon selection for occasion choices, that would be an added plus.

Havent even received them. They were supposed to be here a d now its saying. Not until next week. This is the second time you've done me dirty, balloons in the box. Im done. Either they dobt arrive or they arrive and are flat. What a waste of money.

I ordered the balloons in plenty of time to get to their destination on December 2nd. I never received a confirming email and my gift was two days late.

One of the balloons was the wrong balloon. You sent #1 Dad balloon instead of the "a cold one for an old one" balloon.
It would have worked if I was sending this to my dad... But these balloons are for my sister. :-)
Other than that, it was nice.

The recipient was so happy but she couldn’t figure out how to listen to the barcode. Saw the balloons in the pic which looked great! The 70’s bundle was perfect.

The balloon box arrived in time right on our son’s 50th birthday. They texted us a video of him opening the box and the balloons popped out looking great.
Also it was good pricing, free shipping, and ordering went very smoothly

Balloons arrived with less than 20% helium inside and could not even hold up to take a picture. The worst part is I could not even get anyone to report the issue to because the store has been closed for a few days

Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. I was skeptical when I purchased because of all the bad reviews, but I decided to take the risk. I should have listened to the reviews. The balloons arrived late. Judging from the tracking information, which they did not provide without me directly asking for it, they arrived late because they literally did not leave their warehouse until the night before. It took two days to ship to the final location, so the balloons arrived a day late. To make matters worse, the balloons arrived deflated. That really sucked because my recipient visibly looked disappointed that the balloons were deflated. Her exact words “No! They are deflated. Get your money back!”. The tracking information shows that the shipping label was created 2 days prior to it shipping, which makes me think that the package sat in their warehouse for 3 days, before shipping the day before it was supposed to arrive at the final location If you are reading this, listen to the reviews. Do not buy from this company!!
