Be VERY leery of playing for actualâŠ
Be VERY leery of playing for actual money on this website! I was literally cheated out of an $8,000 win while I was playing video poker on it, back in May of this year.
I was dealt four of a royal flush on the initial draw during the incident in question, from left to right: Aâ, 5â, Qâ, Jâ, Kâ. I held all of the high cards, in positions one, three, four, and five, and discarded the card in position two, to go for the royal flush in diamonds, and on the redraw, I hit the 10â in the second position, but the app glitched, and dropped the Kâ in the fifth position, even though I held it, and replaced it with the 4â€, thereby turning an $8,000 winning hand into a non-paying one! I was absolutely shocked, and livid, simultaneously.
I contacted Customer Support at PA Bally Bet within hours after the incident occurred, and they did look into the matter for me, but they stated that I never held the Kâ on the initial draw, which I most definitely did. Why would I not have! I subsequently filed a complaint with the PA Gaming Control Board, but not surprisingly, they sided with PA Bally Bet in the matter. That's kind of like a fox watching the hen house type of oversight.
My advice is that if you play video poker on this website, and if you're dealt two, three, or four cards of a royal flush on the initial draw, take a screenshot of the cards that you hold; that way, if the app glitches, you'll have a before screenshot, and then an after one too. Unfortunately, I only had an after one, as I had no reason to take a before one.
So, play at your own risk on this website, as it's not on the level. I had two subsequent glitches of the same nature happened to me playing vidoe poker on it, although they were inconsequential, as they did not change paying hands into non-paying ones.
