Balmoral Executive Travel レビュー 

The Scottish Highlands are breathtakingly beautiful, but can also be a challenging landscape especially for tourists who are unfamiliar with the region. Luckily for us, we had booked a private tour and our tour guide, Chris, was a Scotsman who knew the terrain like the back of his hand. He not only skilfully navigated us around the region, but also brought it to life with both contemporary and historical narrative that helped us appreciate it much more than just the scenery.

Our private tour guide Donald was very informative and helpful without being annoyingly talkative like some guides. He knew when to leave us to relax and enjoy the ride and when to explain certain parts of the tour. He went out in the rain looking for us in Stirling Castle to give us umbrellas.

Overall perfect experience and if we had more days in Edinburgh we would certainly book another tour with Balmoral (probably the Loch Ness one!)

Keith was on time, ready to go and took us on a custom designed tour of Edinburgh! He picked us up at the dock on the agreed upon time and dropped us at our first stop, a tour of the royal yacht Britannia. He then took us to all the highlights sprinkling in stories of the area, the Royal Mile, the surrounding towns.WEe learned a lot about Scotland and his interesting conversation kept us wanting more. I highly recommend Balmoral Tours (and Keith) for a tour of the highlights when visiting Edinburg on a shore excursion!

Unsere Tour mit John war wirklich klasse. Pünktlich wurden wir an unserer Unterkunft sehr freundlich für unsere Tour empfangen. Es wurde uns viel an geschichtlicher und nationaler Information zu besuchten Orten erzählt. Hier merkte man dass unser Fahrer seinen Job sehr gerne ausübt und mit Bravur unsere Tour durch die Highlands gemeistert hat.
Gestartet in Edinburgh lagen auf unserem Weg:Stirling Castle,Glencoe,Inveraray Castle und Loch Lomond bis wir dann am Abend wieder in Edinburgh angekommen sind.
Wir hatten viel Spaß, es gab sehr viel zu hören und zu sehen. Jederzeit wieder. Tolles Erlebnis

Our experience with Balmoral travel was fantastic! Charline was extremely helpful as we were planning the trip. She was organized, quick to respond, and knowledgeable! In addition, we had a wonderful experience with our guide and driver, Derek. Derek knows everything about Scotland… we learned so much! He went above and beyond to make sure we were having a good time and really personalized things to meet our needs and interests. We had an incredible trip!

I had a lovely day seeing Hadrian's Wall, and Chris was an excellent guide/driver and companion. He made the experience easy and comfortable. It was my first time touring this way and it could have been awkward, but instead was companionable. I feel very satisfied that hiring a private car and driver was the economically practical way to achieve my goal--a goal I have had for a very long time but which was becoming less and less likely. This travel agency really pulled off a miracle, as I had given zero advance warning and suddenly there I was, asking for a private hire tour the very next day or the day after. And it happened, and it was wonderful.

We searched for that company that would make our tour memorable and Balmoral exceeded our expectations. John, our driver/guide, was professional, friendly, and informative on the trip and gave us many great tips on other activities in the area for after the trip. We were interested in learning more about family history in the regions visited and John was very helpful with that. Our family had a wonderful day trip visiting the Wallace Monument, Stirling Castle, lunch in Stirling, then on to the Trossachs and Luss. John stopped along the way to make sure we got those once in a lifetime photos. Many thanks to all at Balmoral. We hope to use your services again.

We took an all day tour of the Scotland Highlands. We had an amazing time. Our driver Derek was very knowledgable about area. He even showed us areas that weren't on our todo list that were very interesting. He took his time showing us the area and treated us like VIPs. We highly recommend Derek and Balmoral Executive Travel.

Chris was our driver and he was awesome. He was very personable, knowledgable, punctual, accommodating and fun. He knew Scotland very well and provided much history. We would highly recommend this company and Chris. It really helped to make our trip special.

We used Balmoral for our recent family vacation to Scotland and could not have been more happy with our experience. Our guide John R was excellent and very knowledgeable about the three trips we took with him. He offered his insights to the history of the places we visited and answered all of our questions with ease. I would recommend Balmoral and John R for any tour you may do.

John Ryan was exceptional. He was professional, so knowledgeable, kind, and a true gentleman. The tours were great and we were very happy to begin and end our days with his words and recommendations. We had many tours over our time in Edinburgh and each were terrific. Thank you.

We had a great time. Derek, our guide, was open to explain a lot of different things of Scotland.
Very comfortable travel, he was always eager to help and even change a little bit the itinerary if something was more interesting to us than expected.
The way is goes is not like a regular tour, as they will drive you to the site and give you enough time to visit (even at your own pace if needed). In our case Derek was there waiting, and eager to know how it went.

I could not have asked for a better guide than Jim. Over the last 10 days we've had two group tours and 2 private tours. Jim was our favorite. He was knowledgeable, articulate, and was able to be flexible with us. What ever he's being paid, it's not enough...or you're getting an incredible deal with him. By the end of the day I felt like I was with an old friend. The transportation accommodations were also first rate. You have a great organization. Thank you so much!

My husband and I hired a private guide for a full day and the experience exceeded our expectations. Our driver Derek was personable, professional, and knowledgeable and truly took our experience to the next level. He gave us an incredible tour of sights all throughout Scotland and tailored the stops and information provided to our unique interests. We would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone who hopes to see more beyond the city centers and has limited time to do so. It is well worth any money spent.

We had the most amazing day touring beautiful Scotland. It was the first visit for my two daughters and myself. John and Derrick were most attentive to our needs and helped us to make lovely memories.
