Still waiting for my daughter's Christmas gift, that I ordered in the beginning of December... It is now New Year's Eve. All I've got is a "sorry we're late" e-mail - which is somewhat okay, but not when you have the capacity to keep sending me tons of ads by e-mail... Spend that energy on actually delivering on time instead of advertising and selling a product you can't deliver.

I appreciated the service, the communication keeping me in the loop on what was going on with the delivery and sending me e-books of new songs and a pair of drumsticks to keep me interested and energized while waiting for delivery.

Ordered on 24 November 2025. It is now 23rd December… was I the sucker who believed their hype… no drum … do not be fooled.. this is a scam … company said it reshipped the product and even though I told them I wanted a refund, still no product or refund… do not touch with a barge pole!!

Such a beautiful relaxing sound. I bought this so my grandchildren can take turns with the piano. It’s working well.
It’s lovely to hear the balmy drum early in the morning and late at night.

I bought it, so my fault. But found on Amazon the balmy drums for up to a hundred dollars less. You Said it came with a stand. Was that the three knobs on the bottom.
I do love the tone of the drum.

Absolutely beautiful, I purchase this for my grandson for Christmas, cannot wait to give to him, he’s only 10months old, he already loves music, I know he won’t be able to use this gift alone obviously, but with my self and his parents it will be just fine, He will have this as he grows, I know he will love it, thank you balmy world it’s beautiful. I am disappointed that you don’t provide the actual book with the drum. It requires an awful lot of printing
