Unfortunately I can not recommend this product when buying from the USA. I was charged $81 import tax on the product, when I contacted the company they said if I had clicked on a question mark I would have been told of this issue. This is after paying for shipping. Letting everyone know here so they don’t fall into the same trap

Perfect finish, fantastic products. I was missing a piece and the company immedialtey shipped a replacement. State of the art support.

I'm extremely happy with my Cockpit Monitor Stand Large in Solid Wood from Balolo. It looks fantastic on my new desk setup and the build quality is excellent. I also purchased a few accessories, and they attach beautifully while keeping everything neat and organized. The materials feel premium, and the attention to detail is impressive. Highly recommended!

I recently upgraded my desk setup with the Setup Cockpit Monitor Stand (Large) along with a bunch of accessories, and the result is just awesome. The quality is definitely there, and it feels incredibly sturdy.

Before this, I had a basic monitor stand where I just "hid" my cables and hubs underneath. My desk always felt cluttered because I lacked actual space. Now, everything has its dedicated spot. My cables aren't just hidden anymore; they are properly sorted, and the overall look is incredibly clean.

Here is what I got to customize my setup:

Large Tray for Setup Cockpit: Perfect for storing random everyday items (knives, tools, etc.) out of sight.

MagSafe Holder & Apple Watch Holder: Great for keeping my devices charging and visible.

Cable Organizer: A must-have to keep the wire management on point.

Stream Deck XL Holder: Fits perfectly and keeps it right where I need it.

Catch All Tray Large: Super convenient for quick storage.

I also bought the standard Tray for Setup Cockpit, but honestly, with everything else, it was overkill for my needs so I'm not even using it.

The only downside is the price. While the quality is premium, the total cost gets quite high, and some of the individual add-ons feel a bit overpriced for what they are.

That being said, if you have the budget and want a sturdy, premium, and highly functional upgrade for your desk, I still highly recommend Balolo. Love the final result!

Mega Produkte. Freue mich sehr über mein Setup. Es gab 2-3 Kleinigkeiten, durch „beide“ verursacht. Im kompetenten und lösungsorientem Austausch, konnte pragmatisch Einigung erzielt werden.

Einzige Manko: Retourenpolitik. Man weiß anfangs u.U. nicht 100% ob und wie das Setup final wird oder man bestellt ggf. 1-2 Dinge mehr oder weniger und stellt dann fest: vielleicht doch nicht. Die Produkte sind hochpreisig, weil sie eben auch durchdacht und qualitativ hochwertig sind. Eine kostenlose Retourenpolitik ab beispielsweise 49€ oder 99€ Bestellwert wäre ein guter Kompromiss. Der Gewinn sollte in dieser Einordung weiterhin gegeben sein. Es vermittelt unterm Strich dem Kunden automatisch: wir wollen gemeinsam das beste Setup schaffen.

I’m extremely happy with my experience with BALOLO. The product quality is genuinely premium, with beautiful craftsmanship, excellent materials, and a very clean, minimalist design that instantly improved my workspace setup. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and very well engineered.
Setup was straightforward, packaging was secure and high quality, and the final result looks even better in person.

Initially, I found the price difficult to justify, but the moment you unbox it and feel the build quality and materials, the reasoning becomes clear. For my setup, I was looking for something that would integrate naturally

To be honest, it was hard for me to decide on the price, but once you take it out of the box and see the robustness of the materials, you understand everything. In my case, I needed a piece that coexisted well with my MacBook and my Hifiman Edition XS, and Balolo's Setup Cockpit gives it that organic touch that breaks with the excess metal and plastic of the gadgets.

The walnut wood is beautiful and the assembly feels super solid. I love that it allows me to raise the monitor to the right height while underneath is the perfect space to hide cables or put the audio interface, keeping the desktop clear for the keyboard and mouse.

Now the setup feels much more professional and broad. It's one of those purchases that, although they hurt at first, brighten your day every time you sit down to work or listen to music. If you are looking for that premium but functional look, it is worth every penny.

J’ai récemment acheté le BALOLO Setup Cockpit et honnêtement, je comprends totalement pourquoi il est autant présent dans les setups haut de gamme.
La qualité de fabrication est vraiment premium : bois massif, finitions impeccables, structure solide et système modulaire extrêmement bien pensé. L’installation est simple et le rendu sur le bureau est immédiatement plus propre et plus professionnel.

Ce que j’apprécie le plus, c’est la modularité. Les accessoires s’intègrent parfaitement et permettent de garder un setup minimaliste sans câbles visibles partout. On sent clairement que le produit a été conçu pour les créateurs, photographes et personnes qui passent beaucoup de temps à leur bureau.

Oui, le prix est élevé, mais on est clairement sur un produit “buy once”. Après plusieurs jours d’utilisation, je ne regrette absolument pas l’investissement.
Si vous aimez les setups propres, ergonomiques et esthétiques, je recommande sans hésiter.

I purchased a desk shelf and couldn't be happier. I researched many of them for several weeks before I pulled the trigger on the Balolo. I also purchased a couple of the trays as well. It is what you would expect from a German company. The shelf is beautifully made and everything fit precisely as it should. If I am need of any other desk accessories in the future, this company will be my first stop.

The situation has deteriorated, and Balolo's public reply below is worth reading next to what they have actually written to me in private.
In private emails over the past five days, the same support representative has told me, in writing:
– 8 May (morning): "Your parcel was definitely handed over to DHL."
– 8 May (evening): "We do not have any verified information about the status of the shipment."
– 9 May: "We have all the necessary proof of handover."
– 13 May: "We need DHL's investigation to determine what exactly happened."
Four different positions in four days, from the same person. The confident "handed over with multiple scan events" claim Balolo posted in their public reply is not consistent with what they have written privately when asked to verify.
I gave them a clear written deadline of 11 May to either refund the order or dispatch a verified replacement. The deadline expired. Their reply today: "your set deadline cannot be met." The customer's deadline does not matter to this company. Only DHL's free email investigation does.
I also escalated directly to the CEO, Ruben Keferstein, CC'd on multiple emails over 5 days. He did not personally respond. The founder of this brand chose not to engage, even after being shown the contradictions in his own team's communications.
A competent operation, faced with a parcel stuck for nearly four weeks, would have called DHL through their B2B account contact, verified physical handover from their own warehouse, or simply refunded a single €362 order to retain a customer. Balolo chose none of these. They chose instead to make the customer absorb their entire operational risk while they wait for a free DHL email inquiry that, by their own admission, has produced no result after a week.
The refund is being recovered through a Mastercard chargeback, not through Balolo. The parcel never arrived. The reputation cost is now theirs to absorb.
Avoid until they fix how they handle non-delivery cases.

Very happy with my BALOLO setup.

I initially received a few damaged parts upon delivery, but I have to say the customer support handled the situation professionally and sent replacement parts quickly without requiring any return.

The overall quality and design of the setup are excellent, and it fits perfectly into my workspace. Clean, minimal and premium-looking.

Das Desktop Cockpit und das dazugehörige Zubehör hat eine außerordentliche Qualität. Selbst das auspacken ist schon ein Erlebnis. Besonders positiv finde ich, das fast gänzlich auf Kunststoff verzichtet wird. Organisation und Look sind einfach klasse. Ich werde sicherlich noch weitere Add-ons bestellen.

Ich habe mir mehrere Produkte von Balolo für mein Schreibtisch-Setup geholt (Monitorständer Large, Laptophalter und das große Fach für das Setup Cockpit) und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Der Monitorständer ist aus meiner Sicht das Herzstück. Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig, das Holz wirkt massiv und sauber verarbeitet. Gleichzeitig sorgt er für eine deutlich bessere Ergonomie, da der Monitor auf eine angenehmere Höhe kommt. Besonders praktisch ist der zusätzliche Stauraum darunter, der den Schreibtisch deutlich aufgeräumter wirken lässt.

Der Laptophalter ergänzt das Setup sinnvoll. Er ist stabil, minimalistisch gehalten und fügt sich optisch nahtlos ein. Der Laptop steht sicher und leicht erhöht, was sowohl für die Nutzung als auch für die Belüftung ein Vorteil ist.

Das große Fach ist für mich das unterschätzte Highlight. Es sorgt dafür, dass mein Arbeitslaptop, iPad und Stifte sauber verstaut werden können, ohne dass sie ständig sichtbar sind. Dadurch entsteht insgesamt ein sehr cleaner und strukturierter Arbeitsplatz.

Unterm Strich überzeugt mich vor allem das durchdachte Gesamtkonzept. Die einzelnen Komponenten greifen gut ineinander und werten den Schreibtisch nicht nur funktional, sondern auch optisch deutlich auf.

Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Wert auf Ordnung, Design und Qualität legen.

I already owned one large Setup Cockpit and was so happy with the quality and functionality that I decided to purchase a second one for my work desk. My first unit has been excellent, which is why I had no hesitation ordering again.

When the second Setup Cockpit arrived, I noticed the board was slightly bowed, which caused one leg not to sit flush with the desk. I contacted BALOLO customer support and they responded very quickly. They were friendly, professional, and walked me through a few troubleshooting steps to confirm whether the issue was with the leg or the board itself.

After reviewing the photos and video I sent, they promptly agreed to replace the board without any hassle. The replacement arrived quickly, was perfectly flat, and everything is now set up exactly as it should be.

What impressed me most was how they handled the situation. Issues can occasionally happen with any product, but great customer service is what sets a company apart. BALOLO stood behind their product, communicated clearly, and resolved everything promptly and professionally.

I’m now the happy owner of two Setup Cockpits—one for my music production desk and one for my workspace—and I’m genuinely impressed with both the product quality and the level of service.
