I am not completely dissatisfied, but only partially. The reason is that whenever I withdrew smaller amounts, such as €100–200, there were no issues at all. The money always arrived in my bank account within 24 hours.
However, a couple of nights ago I won €1,750 and submitted a withdrawal request. Since then, it has been stuck on “Pending” for quite some time without any progress.
The live chat and email support keep telling me not to worry, but the situation feels very suspicious to me. I believe this is highly unprofessional on their part, especially considering that everything worked perfectly with smaller withdrawals.

I am posting my review again today because I haven't received any help.

It will soon be six months since my account was blocked and I was unable to withdraw my funds—unbelievably, almost half a year, and my account still isn't verified. The support and verification service are terrible; I haven't received an update in nearly two months, despite completing the final step of submitting the notarized information. I was told via this platform to get in touch, but I can't actually contact anyone through Trustpilot—it's simply not possible to send messages there. I’ve provided my email (bryanmartinez17042000/gmail.com) so they could reach out, but I still haven't received any help. On top of that, I got a friend to join this site; he has nearly 1,000 euros blocked and complains to me every day. I’m too embarrassed to even see him now; he just keeps pestering me daily to do something about it.

I am hoping for a response or some assistance—or at least contact details so I can reach out (since I can't do it through Trustpilot). I need someone with a higher rank than the verification team to handle this; the delay is abnormal, and nobody is doing anything.

I requested a withdrawal on 10 June 2026. The first €1,000 was paid, but the remaining €5,000 has been stuck in pending status ever since.

During this period, I have provided every document requested by the verification team. They then asked for additional verification by video, which I also submitted. However, each time I comply with their requests, I am told that the email, documents, or video were not received, despite having proof that they were sent successfully.

The process feels like continuous delaying tactics rather than a genuine verification procedure. I have cooperated fully and provided everything requested, yet my withdrawal remains pending with no clear explanation or resolution.

I hope Baloo.bet will finally process my withdrawal and resolve this issue. Until then, I cannot recommend this platform based on my experience.

Edit 2: I've applied to a notariaat and got notorized copy of my passport and sent baloo along with my transactions. I'll be updating this post when I get a response from them.

Casino Guru reviewed the complaint and concluded that Baloo bet Casino acted incorrectly in the handling of my case. As a result, Casino Guru stated that my funds should be returned from a specified date due to the casino's actions and handling of the situation.

Despite this, Baloo bet Casino still refuses to acknowledge any wrongdoing or compensate me accordingly. I am currently still owed nearly €1,500 and have yet to receive a satisfactory explanation or resolution.

I am still hoping that Baloo bet Casino will take responsibility, comply with Casino Guru's findings, and resolve this matter fairly. Until then, I feel it is important to keep other players informed of my experience.

This company literally refuse to close your account, after my last review I have sended them another 5 emails, it’s actually insane what this company is doing. biggest scam ever. deposited €20, i won so i wanted to cash out. It is not possible to cash out. they told me that i needed to bet at least €60. So i did that. was at €120 balance & still couldnt cash out. Scammers
