Ordered on 1/09, according to DPD tracking the package couldn't be delivered on 07/09. Package is at nearest depot since 08/09. Contacted seller, mailed me he would take care if this. Mailed back twice afterwards, but no response anymore. Seems a lot like some other reviews here. First and lost order for me from them anyway. €165 down the drain...

As there is still no solution form their side I filed a compliant with the ECC

I had some initial issues with a peptide that became cloudy/gel-like when mixing. I contacted customer support, and they went above and beyond to help me. They even recorded a video in their own laboratory to test the batch and help me troubleshoot. It turned out to be an issue with my local bacteriostatic water, and not the peptide itself.To make sure I was completely satisfied, they sent me a new bottle of their own laboratory-grade BAC water along with a complimentary extra vial of AOD-9604 as a goodwill gesture. Delivery from the EU to Sweden was fast and smooth both times. Highly professional company that genuinely cares about their customers and product quality. 5/5 stars, I will definitely order again!

They admitted their mistakes and promised me a refund multiple times. However, because Baltic's account was blocked by PayPal, I still haven't received my money back. Even though this should have nothing to do with me.

With Baltic Peptides all was ok, but not with Parcel Service DPD, their Service is incredibly poor.
Got an email that the delivery failed......the thing is, .......there was no delivery, I waited for it.
Later I catched this guy on the street, and wanted an answer.....
He refused to answer.
Please!
Change to DHL or Hermes, and you will get more content clients!!!!

Really good quality peptides compare to some I bought in uk , I took longer to arrive due to uk not being part of EU but definitely will order again
