Amazing customer service! Love our umbrella as it has withstood the florida heat and elements very well.

WARNING - The Levante Bambrella umbrellas are not sturdy - they do not hold up to any sort of wind and the screws used to assemble rust and snap. The 5 year WARRANTY IS A TOTAL JOKE .They do not repair the umbrellas at all but will send you new parts. In my case it was new screws. The screws were too small and not of high quality stainless so they all snapped- why would I want more inferior screws? When I repaired the umbrellas with better screws - they said the warranty was voided? Who cares - terrible company. Oh by the way it took
About 4.5 hours for each umbrella to disassemble the umbrellas and replace all of rotted snapping screws

The People are easy to speak with and they pay attention to details! Not to mention that they are eager to please the client! Also the product is fantastic well made. Truly happy with product and looks awesome!

This company is a pleasure to work with. Not only are they incredibly responsive, but they stand by their product, and for good reason. The umbrellas are beautiful. We recently purchased some for one of our hotels in Jekyll Island, GA, and we love them!

So, they don't offer parts for wind damage on their hurricane-rated umbrella. I called and ordered replacement bolts on Sept 9. To-date, they haven't shipped because Bambrella is at a trade show - that's right, selling umbrellas when their broken ones sit unusable at customer's homes. There's 3 grand I won't see again.....

The umbrella withstands wind well and looks good when open. The problem is that it cannot be fully closed and tied neatly when not in use. Trying to force it closed doesn’t work - it causes the ribs of the umbrella to cross requiring some effort to get them back in place. Trying to use the Velcro strap attached to the canvas to close the umbrella is a waste of time - the strap is way too short. As a result, when down in its partially closed position, the umbrella is pretty unattractive. Spoke to two people at the company’s warehouse about the issue, neither of whom was helpful.

Amazing customer service to get us the Umbrellas when we needed them for yard redo. The Bambrella team really cares about the customer. As for the umbrellas, they are AMAZING. Best umbrellas we have ever had, and everyone who sees them wants them!. They are easy to raise and lower, stand up to the elements, and are beautiful. Half the price of some of the more expensive brands, but equal or better quality. Can't say enough good things about the product and the company.

The service provided by Gary is professional, informative and timely. The turn around time from ordering a new canopy and parts was faster than I expected. I highly recommend Bambella and their awesome products.

The importer provided good info via telephone to my questions. I wish they had provided service which included set up.
the umbrellas were not easy to assemble (it took 2 of us many hours to assemble two of them and mount them to concrete) which is why I took 1 star off. Once set up, the umbrellas are beautiful, easy to operate, and are receiving many compliments from our clients.

I received my new umbrella and base but was missing the metal pole attachment for the base. I called Bambrella USA and spoke to a person. They immediately shipped out the missing part. Ability to talk to a person versus automated service is great. Overall everything is wonderful. Thanks so much.

This has been a terrific experience. Gary Ecoff took great care of us, explaining how best to handle the logoed umbrellas we wanted and directing us to the best product for our occasionally windy rooftop bar. We are looking forward to the arrival of our umbrellas in a week or so.

I’ve had a large bambrella umbrella for several years. It is excellently made and very durable. It’s held up to shore winds very well and looks like new. I think these are the best made and best value umbrellas available. I recently ordered two more for use around my pool.
