I placed an order of 2 items but one of the items what we asked for wasnt available. Within 12 hours i got an email with a other suggestions, and so we did a different order. It was shipped really, really fast. And the communication was great. Thank you Jane. Everything recieved and we are happy.

This is my second order. Previously I was very happy and satisfied with everything. This time Bantoro even achieved a higher level of customer satisfaction.
I needed a whip for the upcoming weekend. And when I contacted the customer service, they could not promise me a guaranteed delivery date other than an expected ETA of 3 - 5 days, also due to possible customs delays. Totally understandable.

I had faith in Bantoro because last time, it took only four days from the UK to NL.

I ordered the whip on monday and it was shipped the same day because they wanted to make sure I got it on time. It was delivered on wednesday early afternoon!!!

Still love the quality of the whip for a great price, and your customer service is next level.

Quality whips. Wanted a Indiana 10 feet whip for cosplay purposes. But Bantoro has a wide variety of whips in store. So I also bought a 14 feet two tone and a 3 feet shotloaded snake whip.
Customer Care is brilliant. They also text you when your order is on its way. Pleasantly surprised.

Ordered 3 whips (Snake, Bull and Dragon Tail) from Bantoro and they are well made.
Tested them in a play context and they work perfectly!
Delivery to Austria worked also fast and without any problems.

Bought two whips from here before and both have been excellent! Got into whip cracking properly last year and it makes life easier when you order from Bantoro. Quick and efficient delivery and great quality items. I'll certainly be buying more bullwhips in the future from here. 10/10 would recommend!
