I have been working with BanyanFA for my insurance needs from around 2 years. Puneet & Shail are amazing humans and they truly care about customer's needs more than business. They will be very vocal on what works and what doesn't.

I have had a pretty good experience with BanyanFA during my insurance policy purchase process, for my family and subsequently for my parents as well. The initial conversation with Puneet ji was pretty insightful and helpful to set the context, and then the team took over with detailed conversations for my insurance requirements and suggested available options. Priyanka (my RM) along with other members (Pratiksha, Sadaf) in the team ensured there is sufficient handholding so I don't get confused with the complex terms of insurance policies. Since buying the policies, Priyanka has been in regular touch proactively (but not spamming) to ensure I know there's an RM on the other side ready to support if needed. Great experience overall!

I find the advice trustworthy, and in the customers favour. Before Banyan, I talked to couple advisors and found hard to validate what they say (always found some or other red flags). When I talked to Puneet, the feeling was totally opposite. I would recommend their service for anyone looking for advisor but finding it hard to trust.

Excellent service. Thoroughly explains the pros and cons of various insurance plans. Makes us understand the industry clearly.
Also, the claims process was beyond excellent. We had to make a motor insurance after meeting with an accident. Puneet and Ankita did a great job of making sure we had a smooth claim and car repair process.
