very good company to deal with there work is first class also i like an invoice , the young man who came to me worked hard .

I used BAR Heating and Plumbing on numerous occasions and have nothing but praise for their efficient service. The engineers are always on time, are very friendly and always ensure their work is outstanding before they depart. I highly recommend BAR to everyone and am totally confident that they will do an outstanding job at a reasonable price

After booking a service and waiting 4 weeks the engineer did not turn up on the scheduled day. I rang the company and an engineer arrived the following day because they admitted they had not put the appointment in the diary. human error.
When the service was being carried out, the engineer terminated the service before completion, saying we needed 2 more actuators and he could not complete the service due to insufficient actuators, and that it was pointless carrying on. We received a quote for £792.00 for the actuators, but also were told, it may not solve the problem as they had not installed the system. Also suggesting we may need a new pump and thermostats, but could still not guarantee the system would work correctly. After contacting the previous service engineers (who at the time could not do a service due to work commitments) we were told no more actuators are required and that it would cause damage to the pump and in no way have them installed. We asked Bar and sons for a reduction in the service charge of £150.00 as they had not fully completed the service. We have asked Bar and sons on 2 occasions for the service report for the amount of service they carried out, so that we can pay their invoice, but have had no response from them. Their invoicing states that late payment will incur 8% interest per day. Is this a way of drawing more money? The engineer who carried out the service implied that we did not want to pay the invoice, nothing can be further from the truth. We just want the service report so that we can pay the invoice. Please send the service report Bar and Sons and we will pay the bill.

After a few years nursing an ailing boiler I finally bit the bullet and arranged for BAR and Sins to install a new boiler. I could not have had a better experience! The lads who came to fit the boiler were polite and knowledgable and cleared up as they went along. In fact the whole experience from ordering up to payment was made pleasant by all the staff there.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Had Bar and Sons in to do some plumbing and electrical work in my bungalow and can not praise them all enough for the work they all did, clean, tidy, very likeable bunch of lads and most of a fantastic job done by all. can not recommend them highly enough, many thanks to all involved.
