For the Black Shape Tights, we’ve continued using the same material since their release a few years ago, and items are produced in batches. At times, there can be slight differences in sizing between batches, which is why we always offer free exchanges for our Norwegian customers.

We always ship in-stock items as soon as possible, and delivery normally takes 7–14 business days. In some cases, such as pre-sale items, shipping may take a little longer. When that happens, we always share the expected shipping date clearly on our website so customers are informed before placing an order.

Regarding text messages, if customers are having issues unsubscribing to our newsletter, we can manually remove them from our system on our end.
