We always aim to ship in‑stock orders quickly, and deliveries to Denmark usually take 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). In this case, the delay was caused by customs clearance on the carrier’s side, which is unfortunately beyond our control.

Our records show your package has been ready for pick‑up since last week, and our support team already shared an update with you. Once you receive it, if you’re still not satisfied, just let us know, we’ll be happy to arrange a free return.

We always do our best to ship in-stock items as quickly as possible, and deliveries within Norway typically take 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). In this case, I can see that your order included pre-sale items, which unfortunately require a longer processing time.

I can also see that you’ve been in touch with our customer support team because you’re no longer residing at the address registered on your order. Please rest assured that we will continue working closely with you and keep you updated as we find the best possible solution for your case.

We always aim to ship in stock orders as soon as possible and shipments to Denmark usually take 7-30 business days (excluded weekends and holidays). Some orders may be delayed due to to custom clearance which is beyond our control and some were just pre-sale items which are expected to be delivered longer than expected.

To better assist you it would be best if if you could provide us more details of your order so we can properly investigate. You are also welcome to contact us at help@barawear.com. In case of lost packages we always provide replacements to customers. If you have received the package already and still have issues with it, we would be happy to offer a free return.
