The clothes are really nice but sometime finicky to get the right size. That being said the customer service is amazing and very understanding for returns and exchanges. Well worth the price especially if you do either of the memberships!

I've got thousands of dollars of clothes from Barbell and can say behind a shadow of a doubt that there isn't a company out there that is more focused on their customers and does everything possible to put out the best quality products. They ship so far sometimes it still surprises me, their quality is top notch and they stand by their product, and their premium membership service provides more value than I've ever seen from a membership.

My only complaint would be that in their effort to put out the best possible product they're continually tweaking sizing based on feedback and I end up having to do a couple of cycles of things before I find the right size for a particular version of a product. I'd love standardized sizing!

The BEST activewear apparel!!

I own probably hundreds of dollars of Barbell Apparel and plan n buying more as they release other options. Customer service is great and the exchange policy is perfect.

I recently lost a lot of weight and needed to find clothes that fit well. I found BA and basically redid a large chuck if my wardrobe, including work clothes, by buying from them. I even joined the monthly subscription to get more bang for my buck. Sales happen fairly regularly, so I usually wait for this to buy stuff.

I had issues with some clothes, but was able to resolve them lightning quick and exchange without hassle.

Have always had nothing but great experiences with them and their customer support. Support has always been really responsive and have taken care of any return issues I've had. Not only that, I love their products including their workout clothes, dress shirts, and polos.

High quality stuff with great customer service without any of big corporate BS

Excellent quality clothing. Easily my favorite brand. Great customer service, fast shipping, and the elite membership is a steal.

Customer service is legit. No questions asked if something need to be replaced for a different size. Always running sick deals to keep there clothing brand affordablefor everyone! If I could I would give there customer support double 5 stars that's how good they are!

These clothes are durable, comfortable, and look great. After getting my first set of jeans, I filled my wardrobe with every different kind of clothes they had to offer, and I haven't been disappointed by one. The customer service has always been great, and the quality guarantee is what really sets them apart. 10/10 would recommend.

As someone with an athletic build, it’s been hard to find clothes that actually fit right. Barbell Apparel has nailed it. The jeans and shirts fit comfortably without sacrificing style, and the whole buying process has been smooth. Exchanges are easy, customer service is responsive, and overall it just feels like a brand that gets it. Looking forward to picking up more pieces soon.

So far only have some Adapt Joggers but they are of superb quality. Communication is great. Highly recommended!

Barbell Apparel won me over with high quality products and customer service. Love their jeans they are great for gym rats that struggle to find jeans to fit the cake and thick thighs. Exchanges are returns have been fast and painless.

I've been wearing Barbell for about eight years, and have never had a reason to stop. I started with jeans and chinos, but now I have dress pants, casual shorts, workout gear, polos, hoodies, and sweaters. They're also the only pants I've worn since 2020 because I can't find anything else that fits the same way. The quality is excellent, and the couple of times I've had issues with products they were replaced with no questions asked. Customer support is very responsive and helpful.

Great company to work and easy to navigate site and contact with them

Great company, best jeans i've had. Love the T's and sweatshirts also. Communication and shipping has been great throughout my time with them.

Great clothes for working out. Honestly the only clothes I will wear at the gym now. Their return and exchange process is very smooth as well so it’s easy to swap sizes as needed.

Unfortunately this company could have been something good, but they are shady and don’t have an option to request a cancellation if you click the wrong button like I did, I’ve ordered something by mistake, I wanted to change my order and I’ve sent them an email 4minutes later and another email to customer service and no response for 48h until “they’ve shipped it and didn’t catch it on time” now they don’t want to respond or process a refund, I don’t need their clothes because of SHADY PRACTICES! Go and buy stuff from NOBULL, I’m changing all my friends to that company! This company it’s a shady business joke! DON’T order unless you want to waste hundreds of dollars on cheap clothes that they’re to small!

I purchased a pair of the Phantom Shorts. I was shocked to discover the stitching coming away and a hole in the waistband after only one wear (for a run). I proceeded to reach out via the website to customer services and never received a response.

Quality has been very hit or miss.

I bought an anything pants and anything shorts when they first came out and love them. I've been wearing them all the time.

However the jeans I bought started having holes after 6 months. They replaced them immediately but the new ones also started having holes from just regular usage/washing.

The second pair of anything pants I bought was also much worse quality than the first one, the size didn't match, the material felt different, it stained much more easily and the seams fell apart after a year

I am filing this complaint against Elite Pro Membership Services for their failure to honor cancellation requests and unauthorized billing.

Timeline:
4/26/25: Sent first cancellation email: "I'd like to cancel my elite membership"
4/30/25: Sent follow-up email after no response
5/1/25: Despite prior requests, charged $99.00 (Order #416371)
5/1/25: Sent third email requesting cancellation and refund
5/12/25: Sent fourth email warning of escalation if not resolved
5/14/25: Sent fifth email requesting immediate resolution
6/1/25: New monthly charge, still no response.

I've filed complaints with the BBB and my credit card company, but I don't know how else to stop them from charging my card if they won't acknowledge a cancellation email.
