Ordered a Keter Stoage box, never received, store now unavailable ! Tried contacting the company no response. Do not order from this scam company

Ordered a Keter storage box via a shed website. Order came through from bagain beds (note the wrong spelling). Delivery was 2-5 days and nearly 2 weeks later we have had no contact. Left multiple messages at various phone numbers and sent emails with no response.

I ordered a Keter storage box from a shed company and, after I'd paid, I found out I'd ordered it from Bagain beds, I read the reviews and realised I may have been scammed, I tried to get in touch but nothing as yet, do not trust this outfit!

Total scam.
Before ordering I checked reviews on Google and trustpilot, so felt confident placing an order. After 10 minutes of paying and not receiving an email acknowledgement, I tried to access the order page but constantly told the link was no longer available. Luckily I had a full refund from my bank within days, so will now order from a genuine company.

When is something official such as fraud squad going to do something about this company? People are getting scammed including myself! It is still advertising Keter storage boxes and not delivering and barring all communication.

THEY SCAM

Ordered on Bargain beds, had a charge and email "confirmation" from Bronzy. Later had another "confirmation" from bargainbeds but not recieved order in about a month now, ALSO when trying to track the order they say no such order has been made!!!
They have not responded to emails and not responded to my bank with doing a charge back so I now have to wait up to 12 weeks for my £199!

Don’t trust this sight it’s a scammer there is a sight with the same name but the one on google is fake

Delivered early but asked if it was ok to do so. Very good and happy lads. Love my sofa.

I ordered a king size bed with ottoman storage and mattress in September and paid £20 deposit, I then paid the other £440 on the 1st of October on delivery. I then realised that half my bed was missing so contacted the company. Was told they would send new parts and I’m still waiting, I then notice a scratch on the headboard so told the company, I was then called a liar and have received a disgusting amount of abuse with the most recent being midnight tonight. I reported this to my bank and opened an investigation and had their banks frozen. They are now refusing to send my missing parts and blackmailing me to cancel the investigation. My little boy who has a heart condition sleeps me with and is now having to sleep with me on a mattress on our living room floor because of this. They ignored the fact they are impacting my mental health and impacting my sons health. Avoid this company at all costs. I have contacted trading standards and the police and awaiting the banks support.
Update!!!! Finally after a week they delivered me the rest of my bed yesterday and a replacement headboard but when building it we realised the gaslift was scratched and rusted to high heavens and was clearly used and we are missing the corner bits to support the gaslift and the gaslift overlaps the bottom board of the bed so it takes a lot of strength to close it. The whole thing is a waste of money. When sending them the photos of the damaged gaslift they said how can a gaslift be used?! Seriously? After what we’ve been through already and they can’t even make sure they get it right. Disgusting company!!

Shame can’t give 0 stars. Wrong bed delivered, there fault. Contacted them and they just don’t respond they have your money. Messages have been read. Contacted trading standards, who have replied just a waiting game now.

Don’t trust these scammers thankfully I turned these kn*bends away without paying them a penny, they tried to send the wrong bed and expected me to still pay for it SYM didn’t pay nothing keep clear of them there’s plenty of better company’s out there.

If I could give zero star i would, if I were you I would avoid this company at all cost, Bad customer service and they will lie on you to avoid them doing the right thing. terrible company!!! I ordered a bed asking for the diamante buttons, the bed was however delivered without the diamante buttons, I raised a complaint since bed delivered was not what I ordered, I told him no point in putting the bed together, he insisted I should that, that they will send someone to fix the issue, what happened next shocked me! the person sent to replace the diamante (which by the way is nearly 200 diamantes) categorically told me he was only a delivery driver but when I insisted, he then offered to show me how to replace one buttons which was no easy fit, after doing 1 button which he didn't do properly, I told him not to worry I will raise a complaint for them to send the person who can do it properly since he is infact as he claimed only a driver, so again I raised another complaint to say the driver only came to deliver the buttons please kindly send someone to fix the issue, I then got a reply to say the driver offered to do all the buttons but I refused and told him not to get on my bed, that it's now my problem, which was a big lie, nothing like that never came up, I was shocked I even thanked him on the way out for gooing out of his way to show me. now I see why he said I should put the bed up, they categorically lied, why should I replace 200 buttons by myself and I may not do it properly and secondly even if I wanted to it myself I don't even have tools to do it. Very bad company, Very rude, very unprofessional and dishonest company, I definitely will not be ordering from this company again
