On line booking and pre-check in was easy and made the car collection process quick and simple. Car return was just as quick and easy. The car provided, a GWM Haval, was almost new, as have been all the cars I have rented from Bargain, but I didn't like it as much as other cars I have rented. Nothing mechanically wrong with it.
The Darwin city site that I collected the car from was a bit tired and might turn off prospective renters.

The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the rental process. The car was in excellent condition, and I had no issues with it at all.

The only downside was the lack of a before-hours or after-hours return service. I needed to return the car before 8:00 am, but this wasn’t possible, which was quite inconvenient. As someone who travels frequently, having flexible pick-up and drop-off options is something I really value, so offering these services would greatly improve the overall customer experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful and made everything easy, everything was all completed within half an hour and off we drove. The Haval we had was spotless and smelt new, we were very impressed. The service we could not fault. The price was excellent.

Only issue, which was resolved well, was that we advised we would be dropping the car off ,one hour later to depot in Darwin. We were told this would be ok. However when we got there at 5pm (actually just before), it was closed. We contacted and they said that we should have been told that the facility would be closed when we arrived (although I think closing time was 5pm when we later checked). We were given instructions to leave the car there at the facility and to hide the key and send pics. We did all that. We were then able to fulfill the rest of our plans for the night without inconvenience.

One week after returning the car and the holding deposit of $500 still hasn’t been returned to my account. Asked for insurance to be taken out a second time despite paying for full comprehensive insurance at the time of booking. Said it was a different insurance.

I was grateful for the car provided it was better than expected, however the administration is not so good.

Great car no problems

Echo helped me choose a car that I was comfortable with. The car was ready when I needed it and it was easy to return.

Our experience was fantastic. Walked in hoping something would be available on a Saturday afternoon for 9 days. Picked up an SUV Hybrid on Sunday morning at a very competitive price with zero excess and good mileage allowance. It was just so easy and the lady who helped us was great.
