Goods finally arrived. The courier was very slow in delivery. It took a week to get what I ordered.

Please give a remainder at the counter or on the sale tags of your clearance items if you do not exchange those items, because no one will read your policy on your website before making purchase. And It is very rude to say read the website police when you refuse to exchange items for your customers.

Clean, good selection, good prices and great service. Today was the first time we have gone there and we will definitely be back. We went to Birkenhead so I dont know about the other ones but the service we received was friendly and helpful.

I have been looking for my night creme for over a month as it doesn’t come cheap. I stumbbled across Bargain Chemist and it was $35 more cheaper than anywhere else!!! There shipping was immaculate arrived the following day from when i ordered. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Bargain Chemist will definetely be ordering more products, happy customer over here :)

This is a briĺlant chemist. Definitely our go to. Staff so friendly. Plus buy three products and get freebie!

Delivery time was really good as arrived day following order. Unfortunately though I had been sent 2 wrong items but after emailing and getting a prompt reply the correct ones were resent pretty quickly and returning the wrong items was fairly easy.

Their online stock numbers are incorrect and no guarantee that you’ll get your order. The stores don’t help by getting the stock in from another store and they have no idea how long the service from the head office takes.
Overall the interactions with Shirley, Chch bargain chemist have left me feeling like they don’t care about the customer. I will not be using their online click and collect again.

The Pakuranga branch has zero customer service. I waited to get a script filled and despite being the first in line, the pharmacist chose to serve three customers who came after me before "seeing' me. No explanation or reason given. A second pharmacist was then called to assist me, yet this second staff member also chose to serve another customer who interrupted us, first. I was left mid conversation and watched the second pharmacist walk the other customer who interrupted us down an aisle to find a product. This was rude and unacceptable. They may have slightly better prices, but disgusting lack of service

Tried shopping online and added items to cart with no issues. Then upon trying to checkout it kept telling me my cart needs reviewing. Pretty much everything I had added was click and collect only outside of Auckland. Complete waste of time having an online site if one can't buy anything and have it shipped.

The product I ordered was not considered suitable for my needs... I understand however it took several emails and a week to get a response 🙃
