Only reason I order from here is because your prices are good. I never order if I need something urgently though. I don't like that takes over a week to receive my order and that there is no communication! My previous order, after a week and still waiting, I had to email to enquire about delivery and was told they were waiting on stock! I think it's very bad customer service to not let a customer know their order is going to be delayed!

It was easy to find the product that I wanted and it was delivered soon after payment.

Placed online order amd when I heard nothing ten days later I contacted them. After three days they replied that they could not supply the goods and would refund my payment. Very disappointing service and they are still advertising the products!!!

Fast delivery! Product sold out every where else but was available here. Thank you!

The delivery wait time is out the gate.
10 days since my order was placed & still haven't received. Communication is rubbish, emailed 3x till I got a reply with an update on my order.
My first and last time shopping with this company.

Good price but took 7 days to ship (overnight courier). Would buy again from them :)

SLOW progress from order to delivery - almost two weeks!

Waited so long for my items. After a week with no tracking number and no communication on there part, i made contact first. I queried my order and after another day i was sent a tracking number which took 4 more days to arrive, taking it to a total of nearly 2 weeks to receive my order. 1 of the items was out of stock, so i received a refund. Very annoyed to say the least.

My experience was great because : it was 'no fuss'.
I placed the order, got confirmation the whole way through and it only took a couple of days. BRILLIANT!!

Ordered cold and flu tablets because I got covid, but it took a week before they even shipped them

Large selection, great prices and easy to order but shipping was slow.

Has been over a week still not revived parcel

I waited over a week for my order to be posted. My order was not dispatched until AFTER I had emailed Bargain Chemist directly to find out why it hadn't been sent. Only when I complained was it then magically dispatched the following day. Considering I paid for "Fast Nationwide Shipping" this was unacceptable. Expect hassle if dealing with Bargain Chemist.

This time round,products were quiet slow in arriving but i didnt run out.

The package took 8 days to get to me. The courier was “fast”. If that’s fast I’d hate to see how long regular delivery was.
