Only a small order this time but still treated with the highest respect and care, great ordering experience as always. I like the web application and its dynamic customisation features but just a SAS drive and caddy today - well packaged, great price, quick delivery, works perfectly on home server lab. Thank you.

I purchased a Z8 G4 HP workstation at the end of last year. It was unbelievably well specced for the money and appears very well built. The customer support also gave me some good advice when configuring the machine. It came quickly and was packaged well.

This review relates to the second purchase I have made from Bargain Hardware and the experience was as good as the first . Their team was able to take my description of what I wanted to achieve and convert that into a specification , efficiently presented, and rapidly delivered at a very competitive rate
The actual hardware functions flawlessly and precisely as expected . Some additional requests have been met with the same level of care and attention , such as when I decided to add extra ram to the HP server , they were able to check records and ensure that everything matched seamlessly.
All in all , a superb team to deal with an I will definitely be returning to them when my requirements expand.

I've been waiting 30 days for an order worth around £4k (2 Servers) and you still can't tell me when I'll receive it.
And they still can't tell me when they will deliver it.

I bought a machine that came with a faulty SSD. The motherboard diagnostics picked this up as well as a number of other testes that I carried out. It took them over 3 days to accept that this was indeed faulty and in the end they did not. I had to return it and get a new SSD myself. This was just the beginning. Once I installed the new drive, I had issues where the motherboard's firmware would simply crash while performing hardware checks, before showing the logo screen. The result of this is that the machine appears switched on but never boots. Sometimes it would boot. I spent 2 days diagnosing the issue, I provided them with detailed information on how to reproduce the issues and an assessment of what I think is the issue. Given the overall quality of my experience, and the fact that the issue was with the motherboard, I decided to return the machine and be done with it. In the end it took them much more the they claimed to give me the refund and still they would not admit that the motherboard has an issue and held back a small amount of money for this. If you are buying a T7910 be weary and test the motherboard for booting issues.

Used this company before and been very happy with the products and service. All very professional with reasonable policies and good support. Items were packed with far more care and attention than I've received from others sending new. Bargain is right too, though not what it was thanks to the whole AI revolution. More and more difficult to afford new components these days. Hard drive I bought was manufacturer recertified with less than an hour power on time!

I have had very good experiences with Bergain Hardware. Their customer service is always top notch. During my last purchase, my new hard drive failed after three months. They successfully resolved the issue on the same day. I highly recommend them.

I wanted to buy a 'new' server so that I have hardware redundancy for my self-hosting needs. I was able to find one that suited me. There was a slight issue with my order (I ordered the wrong CPU!), which was sorted by email, and was delivered promptly. Their packaging is exceptional. I will definitely be using Bargin Hardware again.

Allerdings ist „professionell generalüberholt“ ein dehnbarer Begriff. Unser Unternehmen hat 20 Festplatten und einen Server bestellt. Der Server funktioniert einwandfrei, ebenso wie die meisten Festplatten. Zwei davon wiesen jedoch Hunderte von bekannten Mängeln auf. Trotz des hohen Auftragswerts weigerte sich das Unternehmen, die Festplatten auszutauschen oder den Kaufpreis zu erstatten, mit der Begründung, dass einige hundert Mängel ihren Kriterien für eine Generalüberholung entsprächen.

I ordered from Bargain Hardware late last week, with delivery scheduled via DPD. On Tuesday, my parcel was marked as delivered, though I hadn't received it, although I had been home the whole time. With the lack of any direct method of contacting DPD, I contacted BH to tell them. Ben at BH sprang into action, contacting DPD on my behalf to find out what had happened. It turned out that the DPD delivery guy had disobeyed instructions NOT to leave packages safe and, for some unknown reason, left it at the back door of number 20 across the road, despite the package clearly labelled with my house number of 25. Ben got DPD to send a map indicating where the package had been left so that I was able to knock on that neighbour's door, who checked to find the package at their back door (under cover, thank goodness, otherwise the rain may well have ruined the goods). So, kudos to Ben and, later on, Chris of BH for helping me recover my parcel. I am now off to post a one-star review to DPD for their incompetence.

After buying 3 items from BH, I found the quality of service to be pretty good as well the speed of sending the goods on. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying computer hardware

I recently purchased a Supermicro motherboard that unfortunately had a defective RAM slot. I prepared a detailed fault report and contacted their support. What happened next is truly remarkable in today’s e-commerce world.

Instead of insisting on a long and complicated return process, Chris from Customer Care showed me an incredible level of trust. Based on my technical report, they dispatched a replacement unit immediately—without waiting for me to return the faulty board first! This was a huge relief, especially regarding import VAT and the technical downtime.

The speed was breathtaking: We started the conversation on Monday, and the replacement arrived here in Germany on Thursday via UPS. In just 4 days, the issue was completely resolved.
