Great customer service
Online ordering was easy, but then anxiety set in when Royal Mail told me that my package had been delivered, and it was nowhere to be seen.
I emailed Baristashop on Saturday at lunchtime and got a very helpful reply within 30 minutes. It turned out that my house number had been incorrectly entered on the package by Baristashop. They offered an immediate redelivery, but thankfully I was able to retrieve my item from the neighbour to whom it had gone in error.
So full marks to Baristashop for customer service.
