Great products - arrived on time.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I ORDERED $380 USD at the beginning of February and have not received my products. They won't response to my emails, messageS on facebook and insta. Won't return my phone calls.
THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY

I order a bed and after you charged me I never heard from you until I contacted you asking about my order. I never got an answer until I got a refund without explaining why. Item is not available, sold out,will be available later or what????

Excellent communication, follow up with customers to make sure everything is alright. On top, very cute things to buy for my fur babies.

Horrible/nonexistent customer service

No one has, to this date, replied to any of my emails, texts, or phone calls. When I try to call customer service, there is either a busy signal, or it says the call cannot be answered at this time.

The item I ordered is not the right fit for my pet, but I have no way to return the item because there's no form on the website to do so, and no one will respond to my messages. It's horribly frustrating, and I do not understand how they are still in business at this point, but I do not recommend shopping there.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a collar for my dogs birthday back in October. I did not receive it until January!! Not only was it late but they sent the wrong collar…and whats more I have tried multiple times to locate the company via telephone/text/email and Instagram and i have not gotten a response anywhere!!!! This is beyond unacceptable. I will be reaching out to my bank.

Wonderful selection of cute things I had not seen anywhere else. Shipping was very fast and the quality is top notch. I will absolutely be shopping here again.

Wow! If only I had read the comments before ordering from Bark Fifth Avenue. I ordered hoping to receive items before a move and have reached out by email, text and phone with absolutely NO return communication as to when order would ship. So disappointing!!!!! I am now working with PayPal to get my money back.

Have not received my order. Its been several weeks.

DECEIVING! LIES! FRAUDULENT!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE STORE!!
My 16 year old made a purchase for over $200 with his very 1st internship paycheck as a Christmas gift for me & our new puppy, 3 weeks prior to Christmas. 30 days later and deceiving, apologetic calls & emails, the package arrived 32 days later. After the wait, it was the wrong item! Numerous calls, emails, even texts to the owner for a 3 weeks period, went non-responded. I opened a dispute for my son with the bank. It took this owner till February to once again get back to me, only because  the bank took back the money for investigation. She had the nerve to call ME a fraud and a bully(I have proof). She then provides me a store credit (according to her) she couldn't accept the return after 30 days (yet it was them who delayed and it was THEM who sent me the wrong  item!!!!). Since the store credit, we agreed I would use it towards another item and we would wait until I dropped the dispute (Her words). Long & Behold March 22nd, the bank released the hold & money posted back to her account because I decided to close the case based on our agreement of a store credit (because I am a woman of my word). We are now end of April & I have yet to see the item I ordered with the credit, which I paid even more money for because she inflates the price to more than double what the manufacture sells for!!! (Stupid me) She played me. Telling me her relatives were really sick and had me feeling bad for her. I even offered my help as I am a Healthcare worker.
SHE IS A FRAUD!!
AT THIS POINT, SHE CAN VERY WELL KEEP THE MONEY!!! SHE MIGHT JUST NEED IT MORE THAN ME. IF I WENT THIS FAR WAS ONLY TO PROTECT MY SON. BUT THIS HERE HAS BEEN A LESSON! DO YOUR RESEARCH, IS ONLY A NAME! WHATS BEHIND IT IS A SCAM. After all this waiting, I've come across reviews very much like mine. Take note ..
FYI: Lots of the products on this website can be found on different sites for less than half the price!!! I wound up buying the very same pet stroller, same brand,  from a very popular pet retail store for less than half the price & received it in under 7 days, plus free shipping!! Please don't be fooled...
The rich only get richer with the hard earned money of the less fortunate!

No reply to email asking for shipping update, even though auto-reply states a 24hr response time.

2 Products received also did not exactly match picture on website.
