Great service from Barking heads, ordered on Tuesday and was delivered on Wednesday. Great communication letting me know when dispatched and with the courier company to let me know a time it will be delivered.

Our dog loves barking heads food But we don’t love the delivery

Our dog loves barking heads food, but this was our second bad experience with the delivery. We will give the company one more chance then we shall give Forthglade a go. We ordered 48 pouches which came in a big heavy box & it was left near the road with no notification - all the other delivery drivers can manage to deliver it to our door. We are both pensioners and struggled to get the box up the drive!

Great customer service

Great customer service. Informed when delivery due can delay or cancel delivery very easily, on delivery day given an hour slot which is very helpful. Importantly my two dogs love the food always enjoy the food a mixture of wet and dry always a clean dish.

Normally great but this month my subscription did not arrive. I rang and was told it was damaged in transit but no one told me. Your agent arranged a next day delivery which was excellent.

I have tirelessly tried all different


I have tirelessly tried all different wet dog foods for my dog with no luck, the only thing she will eat is cooked chicken, I wanted to give her food that has all the goodness & nutrients that she needs, I tried barking dogs & to my delight she loves it, licks her bowl clean, I am now very happy
