I needed a Tiagra 4700 crankset with 165mm arms. Given that Barquebike's was 30% less (+ free shipping) than the "normal" sites, I was a bit concerned.
I ordered it March, 31, 2026, and they promissed delivery April 14. For 6 days no sign of any action. On day 7 I received notification via “Shop Tracking" that the order was packed and ready to go (from China). I received my order today, April 13th. My order was packed professionally in a Shimano carton with all components individually packed in plastic envelopes. I installed everything without a hitch. Took a test ride and couldn’t be happier.
Barquebike would do well to answer customers' emails. I sent 2 and never got a reply.

I was hesitant because of the great prices but I really wanted a set of Shimano XT brakes. Most legit sellers were $300-$350 for a set of 2 pot XT brakes. I ordered them thru Barquebike for $158! They arrived fairly quick(5 days) and they are the real deal, legit Shimano. The only drawback, if you want to call it that, was they came wrapped in bubble wrap and not original packaging. I couldn't care less about packaging, they are installed and work awesome! Don't hesitate, you'll be pleased.

I just bought a pair Mt200 from them , fast and good service! I need to attend an event on next few days , luckily they arrive on time! Highly appreciated.
