Communication with customers is very poor.
Your warehouse sent me the wrong part for which I paid 300 Euros. You told me to wait for your instructions and I never received them.
I sent an inquiry for your warehouse three days ago because the price was unusually low and you never heard back from me.

Website didn't function as it should, but client support was helpful and solved problem

First order from Bartparts a few monthts ago was quickly delivered. Second order was impossible as it was impossible to log in. Asking for a reset of password failed and failed. The chatbot only referred to the FAQ. The contact form only referred to the FAQ. I tried to call, which led to a menu with 3 automated options. Tried all 3, the third seemed to get me to a person, but then the connection was broken off. By that time I was pretty annoyed. By coincidence I landed on an email address, not a support email address, but at least my mail got sent. That lead to a quick reaction and I got to speak to a friendly and knowledgeable person who explained what had gone wrong, he solved the problem and by now the order is on its way. He agreed with me that the website did not seem to function as it should. Too bad that trying to order an item caused so much irritation, but all well that ends well, I trust the order will be delivered soon as the first order was delivered very quickly too.

--Processing Time: We value your loyalty and the fact that you have ordered from us many times. However, when you chose bank transfer as payment method, we can not ship your order till we receive your payment.

Ich habe eine Bestellung getÀtigte und auch gleich bezahlt. Der Preis war sehr gut. Aber dann habe ich 2 Tage spÀter den Betrag erstattet bekommen und der Artikel ist plötzlich nicht mehr verfÌgbar.

Aber im Shop dann fÌr 30 Prozent teurer plötzlich wieder verfÌgbar.

So geht man mit Kunden nicht um . Nie wieder

Ne répond pas aux mails

Commande réalisé en urgence pour une piÚce de tracteur, selon leur terme, aprÚs paiement il est possible de réclamer la TVA.
Création d'un compte, impossible de rentrer un numéro de TVA.
Réclamation de la TVA aprÚs avoir reçu la piÚce, ils me répondent de créer un compte et ensuite de leur donner notre numéro de TVA.
Je leur répond que c'est déjà fait, leur redonne le numéro de TVA et réclame la TVA.
Un mois plus tard sans réponses, relance.
Trois mois aprÚs la commande toujours rien.

Leur site est une marketplace extrêmement mal géré.
Si vous avez le choix évitez!
