swift delivery, excellent product

Fast delivery, item as described.

I recently placed an order and I can say everything was just perfect

Excellent service from the outset to completion.

Brilliant pants. Brilliant service .

Everything was sorted and sent very quickly, nicely packaged and in perfect shape. I had to send something back, and its arrival was quickly acknowledged. Great service!

I've been very pleased in my dealings with BasecampGear. Excellent, well designed site, great selection of equipment and importantly informed recommendations and advice. All of which helps the customer arrive, themselves, at the correct decision. Very happy with all my purchases so far, great service and prompt delivery. I am very happy to do further business in the day's to come and confidently recommend BasecampGear to friends/colleagues. Thank you, all the very best.

A quick and efficient service at a good price. Will probably use again.

I received the items very quickly, good communication with sales and delivery team. I love my Exped mattress and I would consider to purchase more from Basecamp in the future

An all round excellent service. A good quality product, carefully and swiftly dispatched. Would certainly use Basecamp Gear again in the future. Many thanks.

Bought some hiking boots. Delivery was free and quick. Unfortunately they didn't fit so had to return, but refund was processed equally quick with no issues and communications really good

Exactly what I was looking for and cheaper than anywhere else

Had what I wanted, great price. Delivered in 2 days in sustainable packaging. So much better than shopping on Amazon 😀

First time using , no issues at all quick despatch and delivery will use again

Fjallraven Pocket - good choice of colour options available and, free postage was a bonus.
Arrived well packaged in its original plastic bag and labels.

BasecampGear deserves commendation for delivering to Northern Ireland especially when Fjellraven the manufacturer exclude NI from their U.K. deliveries. Thank you - much appreciated.

Good efficient service. Also good communication and tracking of delivery.

I ordered a jacket which arrived promptly, but when I tried it on I found that I had ordered the wrong size. I phoned BasecampGear and explained the problem. The lady I spoke to said that they had one of the jackets in the right size and would take it out of stock so that it was available to send to me when I sent the other one back. The replacement jacket duly arrived as promised.

Excent piece of kit and delivered quickly.
