I’m 6+ months into using B-M and am still 100% satisfied. The 2-step program works for me and my skin has never looked healthier. I’m about to add a new product of theirs into the routine because I have complete confidence in them. To address Meg’s confusion (is she reviewing TrustPilot?) the bad review was deleted, probably by the writer. It was about a personal beef with the owner, accusing him of being AI and not a *real* person. I can’t say enough good things about Basic Maintenance’s products and their before and after sales service.

I’m confused with TrustPilot right now. Usually my go-to if I’m going to purchase a product. You have this conpany scored at 3.7. But trying to read said reviews, the only one posted gove it a 5Star.. What gives with that? I cannot access the other reviews. Very misleading!
