Basildon ACR installed an AC system in our flat earlier this month. the initial inspection was very thorough and then the insulation itself was completed as planned with everything cleaned and tidied up after they finished. great value for money

I was introduced by a friend who got supplied and installed last year by Basildon ACR Ltd. Had a few calls with other suppliers/installers for comparison and Basildon provided the most competitive quotes for both equipment supply and installation.

Had a few calls with Maj to clarify a few grey areas and all concerns were fully addressed. The company is also clear about maintenance costs post-installation and any additional costs on the day of installation, which meant no surprises along the journey.

The installation team also kept in touch with us before and on the day of installation to make the process smooth.

Post-Installation, Maj gave a call and I suggested some ideas to improve the process and he agreed to implement them.

Majid, one of the directors, was helpful and patient from the very first phone call in November 2022 despite my wife and I making numerous queries and being slightly awkward customers. The information, price, service, and installation was exemplary. Mariusz installed a multi-split Samsung Wind-Free system for me, two inverters with four units, and everything was to a very high standard. These two gentlemen are fine men and recommend them to all my family and friends. I look forward to meeting Majid in-person very soon.

This is the second time I have bought wall mount air conditioners from Basildon ACR. From quote to installation everything was perfect. Maj advised me on the brands, suitability, sizing and location. Basildon ACR are able to provide aircons from all major brands. Their pricing is transparent and is broken down by the price of the unit, materials and installation.
Hoji completed the installation. He worked very hard and did a thorough job.

I don't often write reviews but I had to write one due to the exceptional service I got. I was a bit skeptical due to the almost unbelievable price but I went ahead based on the reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Maj was great and was very helpful all through the sales experience and getting the installation set up. The ACs arrived a day before the installation and Hoji the engineer was very professional arriving on time and cleaning up after himself. The installation was also very neat as Hoji made sure that the trunking looked perfect. I will definitely recommend Basildon ACR for your air conditioner purchase and installation. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Got a Mitsubishi unit last year and getting two this year. That is the best evidence of what I think of them.

They gave me honest, kind and good advice. But not only did they leave that, they also went above and beyond the standard support you don’t get elsewhere. Good selection of products at competitive prices. Easy and secure ordering/payment process.

Excellent service. We were applying for a grant for energy efficiency from the local council, for our business. We had to submit few quotes for our application. I spoke with Maj few times and received excellent advice and service. The quote was sent to us very quickly, the price was excellent. I had to chase for days all the other companies we asked for a quote and they were all a lot higher. I also recommended Basildon ACR to my brother because he is in the unit next door to us and the experience was equally good. Fingers crossed we are approved for the grant, if that happens, Basildon ACR will have our business. Even if we are not approved, I am still going to seriously consider their offer and budget for the job to be done in future even without the grant.

Edit: We have been approved for the grant and we had the AC installed in both our and my brother's units. It has been more than an year and a half and no problems. I wanted to mention also that the team installing the units was very good, they stayed late to finish the job and were open for suggestions regarding the place of installation as our premises had slightly difficult layout, they were knowledgeable and have done a good job.

Professional and neat air con installation. Engineer stayed on site until 22:30 to complete installation on the same day. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

Maj was very knowledgable and always answered our questions very quickly. The installer Hoji was very good and did a very professional job on the installation. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was done the way we asked. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone thinking of getting an air conditioning unit. Great service!
